Abstract
Riešenie sa týká sp&sobu znižovania strát karotinoidov v sušenej koreninovej paprike počas skladovania. Podstatou riešenia je, že sušená koreninová paprika sa lisuje pri tlaku 10 až 20 MPa do dosiahnutia 1/3 póvodného objemu a po zabalení do obalu nepriepustného pre vodu a vzduch sa uchovává v tmavěj miestnosti pri teplote 10 až 15 °C.The solution concerns a method of reducing the loss of carotenoids in dried chili peppers during storage. Riešenie sa týká spQsobu znižovania strát karotinoidov v sušenej koreninovej paprike počas skladovania.
