Description
Vynález řeší zapojení bezpečné dolní propusti elektrických signálů, vyhovující požadavkům zabezpečovací techniky v železniční dopravě.The invention solves the connection of a safe low-pass electrical signal, satisfying the requirements of signaling technology in railway transport.
In a series of wiring for railway signaling technology, it is required that the failure of individual wiring elements be shown in a safer sense, and low pass filters are required not to retune the filter towards higher frequencies (reducing filter time constant). increase filter transfer, or vibrate the filter at its own oscillations.
For this reason, passive LR filters consisting of a longitudinal inductor and a transverse load resistor are used in the prior art low-pass safe low-pass circuits, where the inductor is technologically treated so as not to reduce its inductance. This type of low-pass filter is large, heavy at the very low frequencies, the maximum drop in attenuation characteristic around the cutoff frequency is 6 db / oct and can be difficult to line up to cascade to increase the attenuation slope. Low-pass LC pass-through, respectively. active RC filters with higher steep attenuation characteristics around the cut-off frequency, cannot be used for the above reasons, or it is necessary to functionally check individual elements of the low-pass filter by means of additional circuits that complicate the connection.
Výše uvedené obtíže řeší zapojení bezpečné dolní propusti podle vynálezu, jehož podstata spočívá v tom, že na první vstupní svorku je připojena anoda (katoda) svítivé diody prvního optočlenu a katoda (anoda) svítivé diody druhého optočlenu, na druhou vstupní svorku je připojena katoda (anoda) svítivé diody prvního optočlenu a anoda (katoda) svítivé doidy druhého optočlenu, první vývod fotorezistoru prvního optočlenu je připojen na kladný (záporný) pól napájecího zdroje, druhý vývod fotorezistoru prvního optočlenu je propojen na první vývod fotorezistoru druhého optočlenu a na první výstupní svorku, druhý vývod fotorezistoru druhého optočlenu je připojen na záporný (kladný) pól napájecího zdroje, druhá výstupní svorka je připojena na střed (zem) napájecího zdroje. The above-mentioned difficulties are solved by the connection of the safe low-pass filter according to the invention, which consists in that the anode (cathode) of the light-emitting diode of the first optocoupler and the cathode (anode) of the light-emitting diode of the second optocoupler are connected. anode) of the first optocoupler diode and the anode (cathode) of the second optocoupler doid, the first photoresistor terminal of the first optocoupler is connected to the positive (negative) pole of the power supply, the second photoresistor terminal of the first optocoupler is connected to the first photoresistor terminal of the second , the second photoresistor terminal of the second optocoupler is connected to the negative (positive) pole of the power supply, the second output terminal is connected to the center (ground) of the power supply.
Zapojením bezpečné dolní propusti podle vynálezu se dosáhne proti doposud známým zapojením bezpečné funkce dolní propusti bez nutnosti funkční kotroly jednotlivých prvků zapojeni, dále snížení rozměrů a hmotnosti takto realizované dolní propusti.By incorporating the safe low-pass filter according to the invention, the low-pass safe function without the need for a functional control of the individual wiring elements, as well as a reduction in the size and weight of the low-pass filter thus realized, is achieved.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a safe low-pass filter according to the invention; Fig. 2 is a simplified linearized substitute safe-pass filter model according to the invention; Fig. 3 is an example of a practical implementation of a safe low-pass filter .
V konkrétním provedení bezpečné dolní propusti podle obr. 1 je na první vstupní svorku 2 připojena anoda (katoda) 2 svítivé diody prvního optočlenu 2 a katoda (anoda) ý svítivé diody druhého optočlenu j5, na druhou vstupní svorku 6 je připojena katoda (anoda) T_ svítivé diody prvního optočlenu 2 a anoda (katoda) 8 svítivé diody druhého optočlenu 5, první vývod 9 fotorezistoru prvního optočlenu 2 3e připojen na kladný (záporný) pól 10 napájecího zdroje, druhý vývod 11 fotorezistoru prvniho optočlenu 2 3e propojen na první vývod 12 fotorezistoru druhého optočlenu 2 a na první výstupní svorku 23., druhý vývod 14 fotorezistoru druhého optočlenu 5 je připojen na záporný (kladný) pól 15 napájecího zdroje, druhá výstupní svorka 16 je připojena na střed (zem) 17 napájecího zdroje. In the particular embodiment of the safe low-pass filter of FIG. 1, an anode (cathode) 2 of a light emitting diode of a first optocoupler 2 and a cathode (anode) of a second optocoupler 5 are connected to a first input terminal 2; T_ LEDs first optocoupler 2 and the anode (cathode) 8 LED of optocoupler 5, the first terminal 9 of the photoresist first optocoupler 2 3 e is connected to the positive (negative) pole 10 of the power supply second terminal 11 of the photoresist a first optocoupler 2 3 e connected to the first the photoresistor terminal 12 of the second optocoupler 2 and the first output terminal 23., the second photoresistor terminal 14 of the second optocoupler 5 is connected to the negative (positive) pole 15 of the power supply, the second output terminal 16 is connected to the center (ground) 17 of the power supply.
Přenosové vlastnosti optočlenu s vysílací svítivou diodou a přijímačem realizovaným fotorezistorem lze vyjádřit přibližně vztahem u,(p) KThe wiring function results from the simplified linearized low pass filter replacement model of Fig. 2. The wiring utilizes the frequency dependence of the optocoupler transmission with the photoresistor as receiver. The transmission properties of an optocoupler with a light emitting diode and a receiver realized by a photoresistor can be expressed approximately by the relation u, (p) K
Vzhledem k tomu, že Časová konstanta dolní propusti realizované optočleny s vysílací svítivou diodou a přijímačem realizovaným fotorezistorem je převážně daná vlastnostmi fotorezistoru, které jsou technologickou konstantou, pak při poruchách jednotlivých prvků zapojení nedojde k poruchovému snížení časové konstanty takto realizované dolní propusti .Z (p) = ---, i 1 (p) pCR + 1 (1) where Z (p) is the conversion impedance, K is the circuit constant, p is the complex frequency, C is the capacitor capacity in the replacement model. The relation (1) is formally identical to the low pass filter transmission relations with one accumulation element realized by LR or RC cells. Since the low-pass filter time constant of the optocouplers with the emitting diode and the receiver realized by the photoresistor is predominantly given by the photoresistor properties, which are a technological constant, the failure of the individual wiring elements does not reduce the time constant of the low-pass filter.
In the safe low-pass connection of FIG. 1, an alternating signal is applied to the input terminals 1 and 6, the positive and negative half-waves of which are emitted by the opto-coupler diodes 3 and 5 alternately. The luminous flux emitted by the light emitting diodes of the optocouplers 3 and 5 are alternately excited by the photoresistors of the individual optocouplers 3 and 5, the instantaneous resistance value of the photoresistors being proportional to the intensity of the incident luminous flux and the time constant of the photoresistor current carriers. The output 13 then generates an AC signal whose amplitude is proportional to the amplitude of the input drive current and the drive signal frequency.
The connection of the safe low-pass filter can be used especially in railway signaling technology for filtering low frequency signals, where the shape distortion of the processed signal is not impaired. In addition to the above example, the wiring can also be used in more complex wiring where the low pass filters of Figure 1 are cascaded. Furthermore, the wiring shown in FIG. 1 can be used as a safe circuit to control the bipolarity of the input signal.
