Abstract
The endless silk is contained in at least one system of threads or fibers forming the textile. The essence of the solution lies in the fact that some threads or fibers of both thread systems, thermoplastically connected at least at some points of intersection, have a flattened profile, filling at least mainly the gap between adjacent threads or fibers. The flattened profile is created by heat and pressure treatment of the fabric, namely by calendering at a temperature of 110 °C to 210 °C, a pressure of 100,000 to 180,000 N/m and a speed of 5 to 25 m/min. The fabric contains 1 to 16% of the total weight of thermoplastic dispersions and/or at least one thread system forming the textile contains at least a predominant proportion of thermoplastic material. The fabric exhibits structural stability and good filling with a relatively low fabric finish after weaving. The textile is suitable for the shoe industry, haberdashery purposes, as a base for leatherette, bulk materials, filters, etc.
Description
The invention solves the problem of thread or fiber slippage and underfilling of woven fabrics made of filament yarn or fabrics containing filament yarn in either warp or weft, woven from thicker materials with lower displacements.
Tkaniny zhotovené z nekonečného hedvábí nebo obsahující nekonečné hedvábí alespoň v jedné složce mají vzhledem k použitému materiálu jednu nepříznivou vlastnost, vysokou klouzavost nití. Klouzavost je tím větší, čím je materiál hladší a struktura textilie řidší, čili méně dostavená.Woven fabrics made of filament yarn or containing filament yarn in at least one component have one unfavorable property with regard to the material used, high thread glide. The higher the sliding, the smoother the material and the thinner the structure of the fabric, or less finished.
Despite some known chemical or mechanical methods of reducing the sliding properties of materials, the most effective means of suppressing this negative property is still the proper density, i.e., it receives fabrics, in both the warp and weft systems. In practice, this means that the required fineness of the materials must also be selected in relation to the desired fabric weight. The less massive the fabric is, the finer as well as more expensive material and goods must be woven by higher rigs, with an adverse impact on the weaving and material preparation capacities.
According to Japanese Pat. No. 9,187,656, an ultraviolet-curable resin is used in the mesh with high reliability at nodal points. The web is formed from natural, inorganic or organic fibers such as cotton, natural silk, phenolic resin, polyester, polyvinyl alcohol, PVC, polyvinylidene chloride, polyacrylic, polyurethane, polypropylene, nylon, carbon or ceramic fibers, alumina fibers. The resin used is, for example, epoxy acrylate, polybutadiene acrylate, urethane acrylate, polyester acrylate resin containing a filler, a colorant and other additives. The resin is applied to the mesh nodes by coating, dripping, transfer printing, etc. The mesh is intended for use in fishing, agriculture, horticulture, forestry, building construction, etc.
Another example of such a solution is GB Patent No. 2,121,847, comprising a temperature-adhesive fabric consisting essentially of parallel fusible fibers which are thermally bonded to other fusible fibers. The first fibers generally have a larger diameter than the interconnecting fibers.
The prevention of thread feed is also solved in the production of unparalleled stockings in GB patent. 847 126, wherein a binder is applied by shearing or the like to join the crossed yarns.
AS č. 2 436 445.The same deficiency in the production of blankets also solves pat. file NSR AS No. 2,436,445.
Tkanina zejména obsahuje alespoň v jedné nitové soustavě nekonečné hedvábí a vykazuje strukturální stabilitu a dobré zaplnění při relativně nízké dostavě alespoň jedné z nitových soustav. The object of the invention is not only to prevent the above-mentioned yarn displacement in the fabric, but to provide a fabric which, in a small configuration, when coarser yarns or fibers can be used, exhibits a good flatness to suit the desired use of the fabric. In particular, the fabric comprises endless silk in at least one yarn assembly and exhibits structural stability and good filling at a relatively low set-up of at least one of the yarn assemblies.
The fabric of the invention comprises at least partially endless silk in at least one set of threads or fibers forming the fabric. The essence of the solution is that at least some of the yarns or fibers of the two yarn assemblies, thermoplastically bonded at least at some points of their crossing, have a flattened profile, filling at least predominantly the gap between adjacent yarns or fibers. The flattened profile is formed by heat and pressure treatment of the fabric.
Tkanina bud obsahuje 1 až 16 % hmotnostních termoplastických disperzí a/nebo alespoň jedna nitová soustava tvořící textilii obsahuje alespoň převážný podíl termoplastu. The fabric either contains 1 to 16% by weight of thermoplastic dispersions and / or at least one of the threads forming the fabric comprises at least a predominant portion of the thermoplastic.
The thermoplastic dispersion may be provided with at least one set of threads or fibers forming the fabric, or the thermoplastic dispersion may be applied to at least one side of the fabric.
The fabric is further subjected to a treatment consisting of! in heat and pressure treatment. The fabric repair consists in calendering at a temperature of 110 to 210 ° C, a pressure of 100,000 to 180,000 N / m and a speed of 5 to 25 m / min.
In a particular embodiment, the warp and weft of the fabric are 8 to 30 threads or fibers per centimeter depending on their fineness. Although the areal filling of the fabric after treatment is greater than the number of yarns used in both yarn assemblies, that is to say, it has an air permeability of at least 30 .mu.m per second.
Způsob úpravy tkanin obsahujících nekonečné hedvábí podle vynálezu snižuje podstatným způsobem klouzavost nití i u tkanin s nižší dostavou a dovoluje vyrábět textilie nízkých hmotností i při použiti hrubších materiálů. Současně je řešena otázka stejnoměrného zakrytí tkaniny, je dosaženo dobrého zaplnění textilie při její relativně nízké dostavě a textilie vykazuje strukturální stabilitu. The method of treating the filaments containing the filament yarns of the invention substantially reduces the thread slippage even in the fabrics with a lower finish and allows the production of low weight fabrics even when using coarser materials. At the same time, the question of uniform covering of the fabric is solved, good filling of the fabric is achieved at its relatively low build-up and the fabric exhibits structural stability.
By means of suitable types of plastic dispersions, a system of elastic miniature joints is formed between the individual threads and between the individual fibers at the points of contact. A large number of these miniature elastic joints ensure a significant reduction in gliding.
The dispersion can be applied in any known manner. Spraying, impregnating, blending foamed or thickened latex when sizing or the like. Spraying and wiping results in a one-sided coating, while impregnation penetrates deep into the coating.
The choice also depends on the desired effect and the type of fabric being treated. The spray application method can advantageously be applied to very low-gauge fabrics where the thread slip is so great that there is hardly any handling or treatment without advancing the threads. By spraying the fabric unwound directly from the commodity roller and drying it in a contacting manner, for example on a tumble dryer, a very gentle way of applying the dispersion can be ensured without damaging the fabric structure. The impregnation or coating method is suitable for textiles which by their structure can withstand certain operations such as rewinding, desizing, dyeing, etc.
When spraying is carried out, the applied dispersion remains for the most part on the surface of the fabric, where, after drying, a random structure of point-like elastic joints is formed.
During the coating, the applied dispersion penetrates deeper into the fabric structure, during impregnation the fabric is completely wetted. Advantageously, it is possible to apply this principle in sizing by providing only one set of threads, i.e. the warp, whether silk or spun, with the required amount of thermoplastic dispersion.
Po usušení vytvoří disperze na vláknech více méně souvislý film a pružné elastické spoje vznikají všude tam, kde dochází ke vzájemnému kontaktu mezi nitěmi a vlákny. Množstvím nanášené disperze a její koncentrací lze ovlivňovat množství a účinný efekt spojů. Upon drying, the dispersion forms a more or less continuous film on the fibers, and elastic elastic joints are formed wherever there is contact between the yarns and the fibers. The amount and effective effect of the joints can be influenced by the amount of dispersion applied and its concentration. However, increasing the dry matter content of the dispersion beyond a certain limit means affecting the overall nature of the fabric. For this reason, it is preferable to apply the lowest amount and to increase the efficiency of the joint by calendering the fabric after drying.
Působením tepla v průběhu procesu kalandrování dochází k přechodnému měknutí zasušeného filmu termoplastické disperze a opětovnému získání lepivosti. Současným působením tlaku vynikají mezi filmem termoplastické disperze a jednotlivými vlákny další elastické spoje, čímž se celkový účinek omezení klouzavosti zvyšuje. This method can only be applied to thermoplastic dispersions. The effect of heat during the calendering process temporarily softens the dried film of the thermoplastic dispersion and regains its tackiness. By the simultaneous application of pressure, other elastic joints excel between the thermoplastic dispersion film and the individual fibers, thereby increasing the overall slip reduction effect.
Dále zde dochází ke značnému zploštění jednotlivých nití a k celkovému zlepšení zaplnění textilie. Furthermore, there is a considerable flattening of the individual threads and an overall improvement in the filling of the fabric. This effect is again dependent on several factors, namely the fineness of the material used, the number of twists and the finish.
As mentioned in the introduction, it is possible to use a coarser material woven by a thinner set.
In the case of calendering by the action of rollers, the individual threads are actually rolled. This is most noticeable when the material used is twistless or with a minimum number of twists. In this case, with an optimally chosen configuration, the flattening is such that the individual threads are virtually no longer recognizable from each other and form a dense tangle of individual fibers, very similar to the structure of a web formed from parallel-arranged fibers.
In this position, the entire structure remains permanently fixed after passing through the calender. The resistance of the formed joints to stress, wear or other media is determined by the type of dispersion used. Water dispersions of plastics used for bonding nonwovens, such as acrylate, butadiene acrylonitrile, butadiene styrene, vinyl, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl acetate and the like are suitable.
Most of these dispersions have high elasticity. This means that, for example, when the fabric is subjected to tension, the yarns break before the joint breaks. By adding other chemicals to dispersions or by heat fixing certain types, it is possible to achieve considerable resistance of the joints in washing, dry cleaning and the like. It is also possible to influence the rigidity, drape, and feel of the product by selecting the appropriate type of dispersion. The range of commonly produced dispersions is very extensive and includes products that make films soft to stiff, sticky or dry with a pleasant touch, high and low ductility, resistant to various chemicals, water at high temperatures and the like. It can be said that these properties are then largely reflected in the utility properties of the fabric.
In fact, textile materials useful for weaving are all types of filaments made in the form of continuous filaments such as PES, PAD, POP, VS and others, whether smooth or curled, matt, dyed and the like.
In addition to the 100% utilization of these materials in the warp and weft, various combinations are possible.
It is advantageous to use twist-free materials or with a minimum number of twists if a good surface coverage of the fabric is to be achieved.
In particular, this effect is pronounced in the air jet states of the clogged weft. The airflow carrying the weft greatly relaxes, so that after arresting it is just like a ribbon, consisting of individual parallel laid fibers.
The described effect can be achieved even when using endless silk in only one system, preferably in the weft. In the second system, ie in the warp, any spun or even spun material can be used. The masking effect achieved only by the weft is quite sufficient for certain purposes.
