Description
Vynález se týká ampérmetru pro měření velkých stejnosměrných proudů v Širokém rozsahu, který využívá jaderná magnetická rezonance.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an amperimeter for measuring large DC currents over a wide range using nuclear magnetic resonance imaging.
Amperometers for measuring large DC currents are known which utilize the nuclear magnetic resonance phenomenon in a liquid sample to measure a stationary homogeneous magnetic field generated by the measured current. These ammeters consist of a primary transducer of the measured current to a stationary homogeneous magnetic field with an eccentric cylindrical cavity and a nuclear magnetic resonance measuring block, the output of which is connected to a digital frequency meter. a working fluid with hydrogen cores enclosed in a housing of non-magnetic and non-conductive material on which the detection winding is wound. These ammeters are characterized by a large relative error due to parasitic magnetic fields and are not suitable for measuring DC currents less than hundreds of amperes.
U těchto ampérmetřů se polarizovaná kapalina přivádí trubicí z dielektrického a nemagnétického materiálu do pracovního prostoru s měřeným polem, to ‘znamená do vzduchové mezery pezi planparalelní roviny permanent nich magnetů primárního přívodníku s vodičem s měřeným proudem. Zde za působení dalšího oscilujícího magnetického pole získají polarizovaná jádra informaci o velikosti měřeného pole. UvedenéAmmeters for measuring large dc currents are also known, which are based on the principle of measuring a stationary homogeneous field generated by the current measured by the nuclear magnetic resonance method in running water. In these ammeters, the polarized liquid is fed through a tube of dielectric and nonmagetic material into the workspace with the measured field, i.e. into the air gap between the planar parallel plane of the permanent magnets of the primary conductor with the measured current conductor. Here, under the influence of another oscillating magnetic field, the polarized cores obtain information about the size of the measured field. Listed
- 2 ampérmetry mají dolní hranici měřených proudů o jeden až dva řády nižší než předcházející, ale stále mají značnou chybu způ· sobenou rušivými poli a změnou teploty.- 2 ammeters have a lower limit of the measured currents one to two orders of magnitude lower than the previous, but still have a considerable error due to disturbing fields and temperature changes.
This disadvantage is overcome by an ammeter for measuring the large DC currents according to the invention. The ammeter consists of one primary transducer with an eccentric cylindrical cavity and a nuclear magnetic resonance measuring block. It is an object of the invention that the same primary primary transducer with an eccentric cylindrical cavity is connected in series to the first primary transducer with an eccentric cylindrical cavity. The longitudinal axes of the eccentric cylindrical cavities are parallel. The values of the conversion coefficients of the two primary converters are different, and the magnetic induction of a homogeneous stationary field in each of the eccentric cylindrical cavities has a direction identical to the field lines of the earth's magnetic field. The ammeter consists of a polarizer with a water circulation tube, which is branched behind the polarizer into two branches, each of which passes through one eccentric cylindrical cavity and is equipped with a measuring coil in the middle of this cavity. Each measuring coil is connected to one sine wave generator. The outputs of these generators are connected to the mixer inputs and from there through a low pass filter and a high frequency amplifier to a digital frequency. Each of the branches of the water circulation is guided for a longer time by one magnetic circuit, namely the air gap between the planar parallel planes of the permanent magnets. In the middle of the air gap, a registration coil is wound on each branch of the tube, which is connected to the input of a double nuclear magnetic resonance block.
Výhodou ampérmetru pro měření velkých stejnosměrných proudů je nezávislost měření stejnosměrných proudů na zemském magnetickém poli, průmyslovém rušení a pracovní teplotě primárních převodníků. U tohoto ampérmetru není nutné provádět složité stínění a náročnou termostatizaci. Rovněž není nutné kompenzovat vliv přívodních vodičů.The advantage of the ammeter for measurement of large DC currents is the independence of DC currents measurements on the earth's magnetic field, industrial interference and the working temperature of the primary converters. With this ammeter it is not necessary to perform complex shielding and demanding thermostatization. It is also not necessary to compensate for the influence of the supply conductors.
An exemplary embodiment of an amperimeter for measuring large DC currents according to the invention is shown in the accompanying drawings.

Ampérmetr obsahuje sériově spojený první a druhý primární převodník 1 a 2 válcového tvaru s excentrickými válcovými dutinami j. .The ammeter comprises serially connected first and second cylindrical primary transducers 1 and 2 with eccentric cylindrical cavities j. Both primary transducers 1 and 2 are made of non-magnetic material. They are located in space parallel to their longitudinal axes, so that the magnetic induction of a homogeneous stationary magnetic field created by the measured direct current in the cavities 2 is in the same direction as the field lines of the earth's magnetic field. The distance between the primary transducers 1 and 2 is preferably chosen such that the fields in the eccentric cylindrical cavities 2 have an inhomogeneity better than 10% 2 per cm. Then the signal / noise ratio is a signal MRI better than 5 · two primary transducers 1 and 2 have the same measurements are made of the same magnetic material and differ only in the placement of cylindrical cavities 2 n ® radius of the primary converters 1 and 2 are thus different conversion coefficient values. .
Oba vysokofrekvenční generátory 12, dva detektory 13, dva nízkofrekvenční zesilovače 14, dvoupaprskový osciloskop 15 a nízkofrekvenční generátor 2 tvoří dvojitý měřící blok 16 jaderné magnetické rezonance. Vertikální vstupy dvoupaprakového osciloskopu 15 jsou spojeny s výstupy prvního i druhého nízkofrekvnenčního zesilovače 14 a horizontální vstupy jsou spojeny s nízkofrekvenčním generátoremTwo cylindrical tubes 41 and 42 of tube 4 of identical length and made of dielectric and non-magnetic material, through which the liquid flows from the polarizer 2, extend through the cylindrical eccentric cavities 2, and on the branches 41 and 42 a measuring coil 6 wound to the sine wave generators 17. The branches 41 42 42 of the tube 4 further pass through the air gaps of two nuclear magnetic resonance analyzers consisting of t permanent permanent magnets 7 between which the modulating coils 8 connected to the low-frequency generator 2 are located. 7, the two high-frequency generators 12 are oscillating circuits with variable capacitors 11. Both high-frequency generators 12, two detectors 13, two low-frequency amplifiers 14, a two-ray oscilloscope 15 and a low-frequency generator 2 form a double nuclear magnetic resonance measuring block 16. Oběma primárními válcovými převodníky 1 a 2 protéká tentýž měřený proud a vytváří v excentrických válcových dutinách 2 stacionární homogenní pole, jejichž indukce je úměrná koeficientům převodu».The function of the high-current amperemeter according to the invention is as follows. The same measured current flows through both primary cylindrical transducers 1 and 2 and creates stationary homogeneous fields in eccentric cylindrical cavities 2, the induction of which is proportional to the conversion coefficients ».
Undesirable interference fields are also present in the eccentric cylindrical cavities 2 and are superimposed on a stationary homogeneous field. It is primarily the earth's magnetic field, the magnetic field of a parallel-mounted conductor, and the fields caused by industrial interference. The magnitude of the stationary homogeneous fields is also affected by fluctuations in the ambient temperature and, in particular, by the Joule heat of both primary converters 1 and 2.
Diferenčním měřením magnetické indukce homogenních polí v dutinách 2 se vliv parazitních polí a teploty vykompenzuje. Diferenční měření indukce využívá jevu jaderně magnetické rezonance v tekoucí vodě. Pro názornost bude dále popsána funkce jen jedné měřící větve, například 41, neboi funkce druhé větve 42 bude shodné.Differential measurement of magnetic induction of homogeneous fields in the cavities 2, the influence of parasitic fields and temperature compensated. Differential induction measurement uses the nuclear magnetic resonance phenomenon in running water. For the sake of clarity, the function of only one measuring branch, for example 41, will be described below, since the function of the other branch 42 will be the same.
The working fluid flows through the branch 41 of the tube 4 into the eccentric cylindrical cavity 2 where a homogeneous field is applied to the current of the polarized cores in the transverse direction and an oscillating pole is formed by the measuring coil 6 supplied from the sinusoidal signal generator. When the oscillating field frequency coincides with the nucleus precession frequency, the magnetic polarization vector changes the direction that was originally coincident with the direction of the magnetic induction of a homogeneous field in the eccentric cylindrical cavity. 2 · Changing the direction of magnetic polarization produces transversal components that are canceled during further flow.
Do analyzátoru vstupují jádra s polarizací závislou na předcházejícím působení měřící cívky 6. V analyzátoru, kde jeCores with polarization dependent on the previous action of the measuring coil 6 are entering the analyzer, where it is
Aby docházelo k periodickému procházení rezonancí, je magnetické pole ve vzduchové mezeře modulované v blízkosti rezonančního maxima pomocí modulačních cívek 8 napájených z nízkofrekvenčního generátoru <?.- 5 nuclear magnetic resonance imaging indicated by a forced precession method, acting on the core current in a direction perpendicular to the stationary homogeneous field, homogeneity better than 10% ^ per cm, permanent magnets 2 and in the core flow direction is an analyzer coil 10 connected to the RF generated by a high-frequency magnetic field. Nuclear magnetic resonance occurs when the frequency of the high-frequency generator 12 coincides with the frequency of the precession of the cores and the quality factor of the oscillating circuit decreases due to the absorption of energy by the atomic nuclei, resulting in a decrease in voltage on the oscillating circuit. In order to periodically pass through the resonance, the magnetic field in the air gap is modulated near the resonant maximum by means of modulation coils 8 supplied from a low frequency generator <?.
The low-frequency nuclear magnetic resonance signals from the two measurement branches are separated from the modulated high-frequency signals by detectors 13 amplified by low-frequency amplifiers 14 and displayed on the screen of a double-beam oscilloscope 13. the differential frequency is measured by a digital frequency meter 21. The differential frequency is directly proportional to the magnitude of the measured current at known values of the conversion coefficients of both primary converters 1 and 2.
