Podstata riešenia, ktoré tvoři zariadenie pozostávajúce z dvoch nosných dosiek, dvoch vodiacich tyčí, hnacieho lievika, príchytného kužela, z vodiacich ramien s ultrazvukovými a vírivoprúdovými sondami a zo systému napúš- ťania vazbového média spočívá v tom, že hnací lievik a príchytný kužel sú otočné, proti sebe uchytené na nosných doškách, ktoré sú zase posuvné uložené na vodiacich tyčiach. Na vodiacich tyčiach sú posuvné uchytené i dve vodiace ramená so sondami vířivých prúdov a dve ramená s dvoma sadami ultrazvukových sond.
