Abstract
The connection solves the control of the coil of a DC electromagnet, especially of an electric contact switching device. The control coil of the electromagnet is powered via two rectifiers so that the first rectifier is powered directly from the AC control network via the auxiliary opening contact of the device and the second rectifier is powered from the secondaries of the transformer. This transformer has a very low power and its autotransformer can be made. By using this connection, the own consumption of electrical energy for controlling the coil of the DC electromagnet is significantly reduced to a fraction of the original value.
Description
Vynález se týká zapojení pro ovládání cívky stejnosměrného elektromagnetů, zejména elektrického kontaktního spínacího přístroje.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The invention relates to a circuit for actuating a coil of DC electromagnets, in particular an electrical contact switching apparatus.
Many contact switching devices use DC solenoids to control their movement. Upon completion of the switch-on, which usually requires a considerable actuating force, a resistor limiting the inrush current to the holding current is applied to the circuit of the electromagnet coil by means of an auxiliary contact. The disadvantage of this, nowadays conventional solution, is the considerable power consumption during the entire operation of the apparatus; this energy is greater the greater the ratio between the closing and holding current of the magnet.
This disadvantage is overcome by the circuit for controlling the coil of the direct-current electromagnet according to the invention, which consists in that a transformer is connected to the supply network, the primary winding of which is connected via a break contact to the first rectifier. The secondary winding is connected to the second rectifier. The rectifier cathodes are interconnected and connected via an external contact to the control coil, to whose second input the rectifier anodes are connected.
The circuit according to the invention has the advantage that the actual power consumption for controlling the coil of the DC solenoids decreases significantly to a fraction of the original value, for example to 2 ° / o. In the drawings, FIG. 2 shows a circuit with two bridge rectifiers, FIG. 3 shows a circuit using an autotransformer, and FIG. 4 shows a transformer with a secondary winding with a common outlet.
2 mají dva můstkové usměrňovače US1 a US2 vzájemně spojené kladné a záporné póly. The solenoid control coil OC is fed via two two-stage rectifiers US1 and US2 so that the first rectifier US1 is supplied directly from the AC control network U via the auxiliary break contact RK of the device and the second rectifier US2 is supplied from the secondary transformers TR of low power transformer. to the AC control network, where both rectifiers US1 and US2 are connected together by their anodes AS1 and cathodes S2, between which the control coil CC of the electromagnets is connected, via an external control contact EK, auxiliary relay, pushbutton etc. which is provided with at least one suitable branch. Referring to FIG. 4, the second bridge rectifier US2 consists of a bipolar rectifier fed from two secondary windings of the transformer TR, the common center of which is one pole of the second rectifier US2 and is connected to the corresponding pole of the first rectifier US1. In FIG. 2, the two bridge rectifiers US1 and US2 have positive and negative poles interconnected. The thus generated output terminals of the anodes S1 and cathodes S2 are supplied with the control coil OC, the first rectifier US1 is supplied with alternating sulphate at full voltage U, the second is supplied with secondary transformer TR having a reduced voltage to supply the control coil OC with hold.
Fig. 3 shows a variant of the basic circuit in which the transformer TR is formed by an autotransformer. The second bridge rectifier US2 is connected with its alternating side to a suitable lowering branch of the autotransformer.
Zapojení na obr. 4 modifikuje uspořádání transformátoru TR a druhého usměrňovače US2. Vlastní druhý usměňovač US2 je vytvořen dvěma diodami Dl a D.2, jejichž anody jsou připojeny ke krajním vývodům sekundárního vinutí transformátoru TR.The wiring in FIG. 4 modifies the arrangement of the transformer TR and the second rectifier US2. The secondary winding of the transformer TR is a double winding with a common lead-out center, which is connected to the negative pole of the first rectifier US1. The second rectifier US2 itself is formed by two diodes D1 and D.2, the anodes of which are connected to the extreme terminals of the secondary winding of the transformer TR.
2 a 4.When the control coil OC of the switchgear actuates, i.e. after opening of the auxiliary break contact RK, the decrementing inrush current flows over both rectifiers US1 and US2 for a period of time and stresses the current secondary winding of the transformer TR and the diodes of both rectifiers. This stress, in particular the second rectifier US2 and the transformer TR, may be undesirable. It is prevented by at least one decoupling diode DO inserted between the two rectifiers US1 and US2. The respective arrangement is indicated by dashed lines in FIGS. 2 and 4.
Navržené ovládání cívky stejnosměrného elektromagnetů může být doplněn eventuálně kombinován s běžnými způsoby protipřepěiové ochrany ovládací cívky; příslušné uspořádání s odporem R a diodou D je vy-The proposed control of the coil of the DC electromagnets can optionally be combined with conventional methods of surge protection of the control coil; the corresponding arrangement with resistor R and diode D is
