Abstract

The solution relates to a mixture of natural and/or synthetic rubber latex for the production of dipped rubber products filled with polyvinyl chloride with a K-value of 60 to 80, which is effectively dispersed in the mixture. Compared to conventional mineral fillers, this method can achieve a higher dosage of filler, lower sedimentation of the filler in the mixture without affecting the color of the products.

Description

The invention relates to a mixture based on natural and/or synthetic rubber latex for the production of rubber products by coagulation dipping.

Currently, dipped rubber products are mostly produced from a mixture of natural and/or synthetic latex containing the usual vulcanizing and other additives, which may also contain a filler. The fillers used are mostly of mineral origin. The dosage of these fillers is limited by their tendency to rapid sedimentation and their negative effect on the physical and mechanical properties. Especially at higher dosages of filler, the tensile properties deteriorate considerably and the stiffness increases, which is undesirable for most dipped rubber products both in terms of utility properties and in terms of production technology.

The purpose of the invention is to create a mixture in which the sedimentation of the filler will be significantly reduced. This purpose of the invention is met by a latex mixture which contains, in addition to natural and/or synthetic rubber latex and conventional additives, per 100 parts by weight of the dry matter of the mixture, 0.1 to 40 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride with a K-value of 60 to 80, for the dispersion of which in water was used 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of ammonium or alkyl ammonium salt of a polymeric polycarboxylic acid with 1 to 5 carbon atoms in the alkyl and with a molecular weight of 1,800 to 2,200.

· ? The use of a filler in combination with a dispersant, ammonium or alkyl ammonium salt of a polymeric polycarboxylic acid, in the mixture ensures the required physical, mechanical and other useful properties of the products, without affecting the equipment of the products, while simultaneously reducing the material costs of production. · ?

To further illustrate the nature of the invention, the following examples of production according to the invention are given.
