Abstract
The heating and tempering mold is intended for pressing by induction heating, which is energy-efficient and achieves high efficiency in both heating and uniform heat distribution, as well as significantly reduced tempering time. The mold has holes that are evenly spaced and parallel to its longitudinal axis. These holes represent hollow conductors in which copper conductors are placed, which are connected in series by couplings on the outer sides of the heating and tempering mold, with the free ends of the copper conductors being connected to the secondary winding of the power transformer. The diameter dy of the copper conductor is given by the relation di _ pi . a,, where ai is the depth of penetration of the magnetic field into the copper conductor, and the length 2¾ of the pitch of the copper conductors is given by the relation 3 is less than the ratio of 2-øg to ag is less than 10, where ag is the depth of penetration of the magnetic field into the heating and tempering mold, the arrangement of the copper conductors and the hollow conductors representing the coaxiality of the conductor.
Description
The invention relates to a heating and tempering mold for molding shape memory materials such as rubber and plastics.
Previously known heating and tempering molds for pressing materials with shape memory were equipped with additional plates, so-called heating stages, in which resistance heating was built in. The molded material was therefore heated not directly, but indirectly, because the additional plate was directly heated by the radiation of the resistance conductor into the material of this additional plate, and only then by heat transfer to the molding mold and further heat transfer to the molded material. This arrangement had the disadvantage that there was a low heat transfer to the molding mold and to the molded material, which represented unnecessary losses of electrical energy, and in addition, the temperature distribution in the molding mold was not uniform and tempering took a disproportionately long time, on the order of hours.
These disadvantages are eliminated by the heating and tempering mold for pressing materials with shape memory, such as rubber and plastics, according to the invention, the essence of which lies in the fact that

The advantages achieved by the invention consist mainly in the significant reduction in electrical energy consumption during pressing, the uniform distribution of temperature in the heating and tempering mold, and the shortening of the tempering time to the order of minutes.

Z fy zikálního hlediska je účelné vytknout z vyhřívací a tempero vací formy 2 tu část, která představuje otvor j6 s procházejícím izolovaným měděným vodičem 2. a část materiálu vyhří vací a temperovací formy 2» která obklopuje otvor & /obr.- 3 260 201 & tempering mold 2 is made of ferromagnetic material, steel, and its geometric dimensions and low tempering temperature allow the use of power frequency. For the design of induction heating and tempering of heating and tempering molds 2, it is necessary to formulate a physical idea of heat generation in the heating and tempering mold 2 and to make its mathematical expression, applied to the given case. From a physical point of view, it is expedient to cut out from the heating and tempering mold 2 that part which represents the opening j6 with the insulated copper conductor 2 passing through it. and a part of the material of the heating and tempering mold 2» which surrounds the opening & /Fig.
a 5/. Dvěma sousedními vodiči, tj, měděnými vodiči 2a, 2b ? protékají proudy opačného smyslu.and 5/. The element thus inserted can be characterized as a conductor passing through a hollow conductor. An alternating current Xj flows through the conductor from a source, which is a power transformer 2. This conductor radiates radially cylindrical electromagnetic waves that fall on the surrounding hollow conductor and induce an induced current Ig in it. The electromagnetic field is completely attenuated in the surrounding wall of the heating and tempering mold 2 to a physical penetration depth a,g /Fig. 6/. This arrangement represents a coaxial line that does not radiate electrical energy into the surroundings. In this case, the induced current Ig is equal, except for the sign, to the excitation current 1^. When supplying the conductor, which is a copper conductor 2,, it is necessary to supply the supply voltage U to cover all voltage drops /active, reactive/ and the voltage necessary to create a magnetic flux in the gap between the conductor and the hollow conductor. If a system of coaxial lines is created in the heating and tempering mold 2, i.e. copper conductors 2, connected in series and supplied from a power transformer 2, are placed in the holes j6, currents will be induced in the surface layers along the circumference of the hollow conductors along the circumference and along the length of the conductors, which will create heat identical to the Joule losses of the current passing through. The thickness of the layer where heat is generated corresponds to the physical penetration depth ag. From this penetration depth ag, heat spreads by conduction radially in all directions. Currents of opposite sense flow through two adjacent conductors, i.e. copper conductors 2a, 2b ?

Průběh činného odporu měděného vodiče 2 pro střídavý proud v závislosti na argumentu x^ znázorňuje uvedená tabulka:For determining the diameters d^ of the copper conductors 2, the frequency used to power the heating system is decisive. The frequency again depends on the geometric shape of the heating and tempering mold J. and for ferromagnetic materials it is necessary to distinguish whether heating is below or above the magnetic transition point. In the above case, it is heating of the heating and tempering mold J. made of ferromagnetic steel to a temperature below the magnetic transition point. The heating and tempering mold J,, which has the shape of a plate and is provided with circular holes .6 distributed continuously in one direction, can be imagined as a system of hollow thick-walled steel cylinders, placed parallel to each other in one plane. For this case, it is expedient from a technical and economic point of view to use the mains frequency. The argument x, is defined by the relation xl - β·»! * , where r^ is the radius of the copper conductor, a^ is the depth of penetration of the magnetic field into the copper conductor 2. If the value of the argument x 1 is large, then the effective resistance of the copper conductor 2 for alternating current is equal to the resistance of the surface layer of the copper conductor 2 equal to the penetration depth for a uniformly distributed current. If the value of the argument x^ is small, then the effective resistance of the copper conductor 2 increases. The course of the effective resistance of the copper conductor 2 for alternating current depending on the argument x^ is shown in the following table:
kde Q /x^j/ je funkce, vyjadřující vzrůst činného odporu v závislosti na argumentu x^.where Q /x^j/ is a function expressing the increase in effective resistance depending on the argument x^.
Optimální průměr d^ měděného vodiče 2 pro vedení střídavého proudu je dán vztahem d1 » 7Γ · a1 The optimal diameter d^ of the copper conductor 2 for conducting alternating current is given by the relation d 1 » 7Γ · a 1
Pro správné rozložení měděných vodičů 2 ve vyhřívací a tem260 201 pérovací formě 2 j® důležitý poměr roztečí 2 lg otvorů. 6 pro měděné vodiče 2 a hloubka vniku a2 ve stěně vyhřívací a temperovací formy 2 P° obvodu každého otvoru ,6. Obecně platí, že pro malý argument / je naindukovaný proudFor the correct distribution of the copper conductors 2 in the heating and tempering mold 2, the ratio of the pitch 2 to the holes is important. 6 for the copper conductors 2 and the penetration depth a 2 in the wall of the heating and tempering mold 2 P° of the circumference of each hole ,6. In general, for a small argument /, the induced current is
Roste-li rozteč 21^ a tím i poměr / roste rychleji i množství vyvinutého tep— Φ f la. Maximální pohlcování elektromagnetické energie nastává, když poměr /Iy per 1 m of length of copper conductor 2 along the circumference of each hole 6, which passes through copper conductor 2,, small. This is caused by the fact that the waves coming from two adjacent copper conductors 2a. 2b meet and weaken each other, at each place they cause both waves of current density directed towards each other and the resulting density is given by the difference of both, so that the resulting current is therefore small. If the ratio /^£ of / increases, both waves meet already damped and their influence on the resulting current density is smaller. With a sufficiently large ratio / / both waves are completely damped before they meet. When heating a ferromagnetic material below the magnetic transition point, the effective penetration depth is smaller in the ratio / jš?/. This is the depth at which the electromagnetic wave is completely damped, which makes the surface effect more pronounced. Another criterion for the distribution of copper conductors 2 in the heating and tempering mold 2 is the course of the developed heat upon the impact of two waves of opposite phase. If the pitch 21^ and thus the ratio / increases, the amount of developed heat Φ f la also increases faster. For small values of the argument / sj*/ j® the amount of induced heat -21 , i.e. heat per 1 m length of the copper conductor 2,,ν half the pitch 21^ of the holes & small, because both waves advance# jagainst each other, they weaken in their effects, the wave passes through the wall of the heating and tempering mold 2» without being absorbed in it. The wall, in our case the material of the heating and tempering mold 2 in the range 1/2 21 2 , is transparent for the electromagnetic wave under consideration. Maximum absorption of electromagnetic energy occurs when the ratio /

With larger spacings 21^, in addition to the induced heat in the penetration depth a 2 , the component of heat conduction through the wall between the copper conductors 2 is applied , the time required for heating is longer, the system exhibits relatively large thermal inertia, the demands on the level of regulation are lower.
