Abstract
Zařízení pro sušení stavební keramiky se týká teohniky sušení a může být využito v průmyslu stavebních materiálů pro sušení cihel, drenážníoh^trubekj keramických tvárnic a dalších. Účelem řešení Je intenzifikace prooeeu sušení a zlepšení kvality výrobku při současnem šetření tepelnou energii. Zařízení zahrnuje těleso a praoovní kanál, ohraničený perforovaný mi stěnami. Pracovní kanál Je spojen kanály přiváděoíml plyn a odvádějící plyn s odpovídajícími sběrnými potrubími. Sběrná potrubí jsou připojena k ventilátorům. Nove je u zařízení to, že jeho těleso je provedeno jako dvoupatrová i vrchní patro je odděleno od pracovního kanálu vnitřním překrytím a rozděleno vertikálními přepáž kami na za sebou jdoucí řadu sběrných po* trubí. Stejně pojmenované neokrajová sběrné potrubí jsou rozmístěna vedle sebe po dvou· Různě pojmenovaná sběrná potrubí, kromě sběrnýoh potrubí přívodu čerstvé a odebírání úplně opotřebované teplonošné látky jsou spojena do párů prostředniotvím vzduchových potrubí vybavených ventilátory β škrtioími klapkami·The device for drying building ceramics relates to drying technology and can be used in the building materials industry for drying bricks, drainage pipes, ceramic blocks and others. The purpose of the solution is to intensify the drying process and improve the quality of the product while saving thermal energy. The device includes a body and a working channel, bounded by perforated walls. The working channel is connected to the gas supply and exhaust channels with corresponding collecting pipes. The collecting pipes are connected to fans. What is new about the device is that its body is made as a two-story and the upper floor is separated from the working channel by an internal overlap and divided by vertical partitions into a series of collecting pipes. The same named non-edge manifolds are arranged side by side in pairs. The differently named manifolds, except for the manifolds for fresh supply and for removal of completely used heat transfer fluid, are connected in pairs by means of air ducts equipped with fans and throttle valves.
