Abstract
The spatially formed reinforcement of the individual reinforcement rings consists of arched sections. The mutual position of the main load-bearing elements of the outer and inner network is ensured in the central part of the individual arched sections by welding to evenly spaced closed stirrups and horizontal spacers, and in the end parts by welding to unilaterally open half stirrups. The mentioned reinforcement is intended for pits where unilaterally oriented pressure of the surrounding rocks is assumed.
Description
Vynález se týká železobetonové monolitické výztuže svislých důlních děl, jejichž tvar průřezu je kruhový.The invention relates to reinforced concrete monolithic reinforcement of vertical mine workings whose cross-sectional shape is circular.
Brick, block, steel or concrete reinforcement, reinforced concrete panel reinforcement, steel tubing or various types of combined reinforcement are used for reinforcement of pits, blind pits and Sibeniks. Monolithic reinforcement from plain concrete is one of the most frequently applied reinforcements, especially for a relatively easy way of conveying concrete mixture into pipeline excavation. This reinforcement is suitable in conditions where the surrounding rocks exert a radial and even pressure on the cross-section of the work. However, with a substantially unidirectional pressure application, the reinforcement must also be resistant to bending stress. Prefabricated reinforced concrete, steel or combined reinforcement structures meeting this requirement lack the advantage of relatively simple transport over monolithic reinforcement made of plain concrete. Monolithic reinforced concrete reinforcement has not found widespread use in the reinforcement of vertical mine workings, especially due to the time-consuming process of fitting on-site excavation.
These drawbacks are overcome by reinforced concrete monolithic reinforcement of vertical mine workings of circular cross-section according to the invention. Their armature consists of arcuate parts corresponding to the cross-section of the work. Each arcuate member is a spatial structure having the main support elements arranged in the outer mesh and inner mesh, the spacing of which depends on the thickness of the monolithic reinforcement. The main load-bearing elements are attached to stirrups, which have a rectangular shape in the central part of the arched elements. At both ends of each panel, there are a number of half-stirrups unilaterally open, having the shape of a rectangle without one vertical side. This arrangement allows the adjacent arcuate parts to overlap to the required length resulting from the static calculations. The arcuate panels are laterally reinforced by spacers placed horizontally in both the central portion of each panel and its end portions. The spacers stabilize the position of the main support elements. The individual arcuate elements are mounted in a modular manner so that they are inserted in the radial direction to the place of use. Each layer of curved members forms a closed reinforcing ring. The joints of the curved members of adjacent reinforcing rings do not lie one above the other, but are offset *. The concrete mixture is transported behind the formwork in the usual way.
Proti monolitické výztuži z prostého betonu skýtá monolitická železobetonová výztuž větší odolnost proti ohybu a zvýšení pevnosti v tlaku. The advantage of the solution according to the invention is the possibility of manufacturing the fittings parts on the surface workplace. This will reduce the time required for laying the fitting in the excavation to an acceptable level. Another advantage is the possibility of utilizing the method of conveying the concrete mixture, which is usual in making reinforcement from plain concrete. Monolithic reinforced concrete reinforcement offers better bending resistance and compressive strength against plain concrete reinforcement.
4 znázorňuje radiální řez I-I z obr. 1, tj. řez stěnou svislého důlního díla v místě styku dvou obloukových dílců.In the accompanying drawings, an exemplary embodiment of a reinforced concrete monolithic reinforcement according to the invention is shown, in which Fig. 1 is a horizontal cross-section of a vertical mine with schematically drawn arcuate elements; Fig. 2 shows an internal armature mesh of one of the arch elements; 4 shows a radial section II of FIG. 1, i.e. a section through the wall of a vertical mine at the intersection of two arch sections.
4, 2, 3). In an exemplary embodiment, the armature of one reinforcing collar of a vertical mine of circular cross-section (FIG. 1) is formed by eight arcuate members JL. Each arcuate member 1 is a three-dimensional structure, in which the inner net (Fig. 2) lying at the inner face 6 of the monolithic masonry is Seven main support elements 2 and in whose outer net (Fig. 3) there are also seven main support elements 2 The main support elements 2 are welded in the central part of the arch element 1 to ten equally spaced closed stirrups 2 having a rectangular shape. In the end portions of the arch element 7, the main support elements 2 are each welded to four unilaterally open half-shells 4 (FIGS. 4, 2, 3). The main support elements 2 of the inner and outer net are mutually laterally spaced by welded horizontally spaced spacers 5 of which there are a total of 10 in the middle part of the arch and in each of its end parts 14. The dimensions of the closed stirrups 2 and the open half-stirrups 4 ' as well as the length of the spacers 5 ' are given by the cross-section of the reinforcing ring (FIG. 4), which depends on the thickness of the monolithic reinforcement. The arcuate panels 1 are made in variants A, B, C with respect to the bearing sequence shown in FIG. 1 by an arrow. The arrangement of the inner net according to Fig. 2 and the outer net according to Fig. 3 applies to the arch member 1 variant B, of which there are six pieces in one reinforcing ring. The end portion of the outer net of each preceding arc panel 1 has unilaterally open half-shells 4 oriented open side toward the center of the vertical mine work, while the downstream end portion of the subsequent arc panel 1 has unilaterally opened half-shells 4 oriented open side opposite. The joints of the arch members 11 of the subsequent reinforcement rim lie opposite the central parts of the arch members X of the previous reinforcement rim.
The arch member 1 variant A is stored as an initial element of the reinforcing ring. This is followed by the successive placement of the arched members JL variant B and finally the placement of the arched member JL variant C, which closes the entire reinforcing ring. The unilaterally open half-shackles 40 allow the adjacent arch members 11 to overlap each other in the same reinforcing ring to a statically required length. The spacers 5 stabilize the main support elements 2 of the inner and outer meshes of each arched member 1 with respect to each other. The arched members are laid in a modular manner by simply sliding in the radial direction. Concreting of the reinforcing rims at the height of one take-up is contemporary.
Pipes are used to convey the concrete mixture behind the formwork.
Vynález je možno využít v hlubinném hornictví uhelném i rudném.The invention can be used in coal mining and ore mining.
