Abstract

Řešení se týká rozebíratelného montážního stolu pro montáž výhybek, zejména železničních. Jeho podstata spočívá v tom, že nosný rám montážního stolu, sestávající z příčníků, podélníků a konzol, je výškově stavitelný pomocí patek s maticemi. Nosný rám je osazen na maticích pomocí stoliček, do nichž jsou rozebíratelně osazeny příčníky a konzoly nosného rámu. Na příčníky jsou rovněž rozebíratelně zavěšeny podélníky.The solution concerns a dismountable assembly table for assembling switches, especially railway ones. Its essence lies in the fact that the supporting frame of the assembly table, consisting of cross members, longitudinal members and brackets, is height-adjustable using feet with nuts. The supporting frame is mounted on the nuts using stools, into which the cross members and brackets of the supporting frame are dismountably mounted. The longitudinal members are also dismountably suspended from the cross members.

Vynález se týká rozebíratelného montážního stolu pro montáž výhybek, zejména železničních.The invention relates to a removable mounting table for mounting switches, in particular railroad switches.

Dosud známá zařízení pro montáž výhybek jsou dvojího druhu, pevné montážní stoly nebo rozebíratelná montážní lešení. Pevné montážní stoly se používají na stálých montážních základnách, jejichž nevýhodou je zpravidla příliš dlouhá a nákladná přeprava smontovaných výhybek na místo pokládky. Z tohoto důvodu je výhodnější montáž v ambulantních základnách v místě pokládky, kde se používá rozebíratelných montážních lešení. Známé konstrukce rozebíratelných montážních lešení se vyznačují velkou hmotnosti, vyžadující použití těžkých přepravních a manipulačních prostředků. Sestavování je proto velmi pracné a zdlouhavé.
