Abstract

Prostriedok je vhodný j>re technológiu úpravy pitných νβά obsahujúcich amonné iony. Pozostáva zo 60 až 70 hmotnostných dielov síranu hlinitého (AlgíSO^),) a 40 až 30 hmotnoetných dielov jemne mletého práškového zeolitu. The agent is suitable for the treatment technology of drinking water containing ammonium ions. It consists of 60 to 70 parts by weight of aluminum sulfate (AlSO4) and 40 to 30 parts by weight of finely ground powdered zeolite. It is advantageous to use finely ground powdered zeolite with a content of 48 to 52% clinoptilolite. By applying the combined coagulant agent according to the invention, the content of ammonium ions, which are present in the water source mainly as a result of pollution due to agricultural activity, is reduced to the required level, and the total costs of the treatment technology are reduced.

Description

Vynález ga týká kombinovaného koagulačného prostřiedku na báze síranu hlinitého, vhodného najma pře technológiu úpravy pitných vod, obsahujúcich amóniové zlúčeniny. The invention relates to a combined coagulant based on aluminum sulphate, suitable in particular for the technology of treatment of drinking water containing ammonium compounds.

Coagulation agents, especially aluminum and iron salts, are used in treatment technologies to remove colloidal impurities and substances dispersed or emulsified in water.

Pokial' upravovaná voda gpravidla v dosledku znečistenia vodného zdroja vplyvom polnohospodárskej činnosti, obsahuje amonné iony, nie je ich možné technológiou odstrániť.If the treated water usually contains ammonium ions due to pollution of the water source due to agricultural activity, it is not possible to remove them by technology.

Podstata vynálezu spočívá v tom, že kombinovaný koagulačný prostriedok pozostáva zo až 70 hmotnostných dielov síranu hlinitého (Al^SO^) a 40 až 30 hmotnostných dielov jemne mletého práškového zeolitu. It has now been found that the described deficiency is solved by a combined aluminum sulphate coagulant according to the invention. The essence of the invention consists in that the combined coagulant composition consists of up to 70 parts by weight of aluminum sulphate (Al 2 SO 4) and 40 to 30 parts by weight of finely ground zeolite powder.

It is preferred to use a finely ground zeolite powder containing 48 to 52% clinoptilolite.

The application of the combined coagulant according to the invention reduces the content of ammonium ions present in the treated water to the required standard, the overall effect of coagulation with respect to the presence of? other impurities is high, the amount of added aluminum is reduced, which has a positive effect on the quality of treated water and last but not least, especially when using a suitable site of zeolites, the overall cost of technology is reduced.

Vzhl'adom na zníženie obsahu amonných iónov na požadovánu normu, nie je do procesu technologie úpravy vody nutné zařadit' další technologický stupeň.Due to the reduction of the ammonium ion content to the required standard, it is not necessary to include another technological stage in the process of water treatment technology.

The combined coagulant composition of the invention, its application in the treatment and its effect on the removal of ammonium ions in water are illustrated, but not limited, by the following examples.

Příklad 1Example 1

Pri technologii úpravy vody z lokality Ondava sa na koaguláciu použil kombinovaný koagulačný prostriedok s obsahom 60 hm. dielov síranu hlinitého a 40 hm. dielov práškového zeolitu s velkostíou častíc 90.% pod 90 ^u a 2 % nad 20 ^u s obsahom klinoptilolitu 0 50 %.In the technology of water treatment from the Ondava locality, a combined coagulation agent with a content of 60 wt. parts of aluminum sulphate and 40 wt. parts of zeolite powder with a particle size of 90% below 90% and 2% above 20% with a clinoptilolite content of 50%.
