Abstract
Biokontaktor de vhodný pre úpravu pitných a čistenie odpadových vód. Pozostáva z nádrže hiokontaktora b biodiskami. Nádrž biokontaktora je opatřená odklopným krytom s prívodom vzduchu a vývodom prchavých létok. Biokontaktor zabezpečuje nutenu cirkulóciu vzduchu a tým zvýšepý aeračný efekt a zvýšenu účinnost odstranovania prchavých látok z uprevovanej vody.The biocontactor is suitable for drinking water and wastewater treatment. Vynález aa týka biokontaktora pře úpravu, pitných vod a čistenie odpadových vôd. V súčasnosti ea pri úprave pitných a čistení odpadových vôd používajú rôzne biokontaktory pozostávajúce z nádrže v ktorej sú umiestnená rôzne biodisky vačáinou z plastických hmot ako nosiče účinnej biomasy.
Pokiaľ sú tieto biokontaktory umiestnená tak, že k zariadeniu má prístup svetlo, účinnú biomasu prerastajú riasy a účinnosť čistenia v biokontaktora klesá.
Popísaný nedostatok do značnej miery odstraňuje biokontaktor pre úpravu pitných vôd a čistenie odpadových vôd pozostávajúci z nádrže biokontaktora s biodis-kami, podľa vynálezu.
Podstata vynálezu spočíva v tom, že nádrž biokontaktora je opatrená odklopným krytom s prívodom vzduchu a vývodom prchavých látok.
Biokontaktorom podľa'vynálezu zamedzí sa priamemu dopadu svetla a dochádza k nútenej cirkulácii vzduchu, k zvýšeniu aeračného efektu a účinnosti odstraňovania prchavých látok. Na účinnú prevádzku zariadenia postačuje ventilátor, ktorý zabezpečí dostatočne veľkú výmenu vzduchu. Kryt môže byť odklopený úplne, alebo čiastočne a môže mať rôzny tvar. Je výhodná ak kryt svojim tvarom kopíruje tvar biodiskov.
Predmet vynálezu ilustruje, ale neobmedzuje príklad prevedenia biokontaktora podľa vynálezu znázornený na pripojenom výkrese, kde na obr. 1 je schematicky znázornená nádrž biokontaktora opatrená biodiskami. Nádrž je prikrytá čiastočne odklopným krytom opatreným prívodom vzduchu 21 a vývodom prchavých látok 22. Funkčnú plochu biodiskov tvorí flexibilná plastová rúra so zvrásneným povrchom opatrená otvormi, usporiadaná do kruhovej plochy biodisku a pripevnená na nosnom ráme.
Tvar krytu kopíruje tvar biodiskov. Prívod vzduchu sa zabezpečuje ventilátorom. V biokontaktore sa upravovala podzemná voda z príbrežnej zóny Dyje. Úpravou sa dosahujú následujúce efekty.
The invention relates to a biocontactor for treatment, drinking water and wastewater treatment. The deficiency described above largely removes the biocontactor for the treatment of drinking water and the treatment of waste water consisting of a biocontactor tank with bio-plates according to the invention.
The essence of the invention is that the biocontactor tank is provided with a hinged cover with air inlet and outlet of volatile substances.
The biocontactor of the invention avoids the direct impact of light and causes forced air circulation to increase the aeration effect and efficiency of volatile removal. For efficient operation of the device, a fan is sufficient to ensure sufficient air exchange. The cover may be folded completely or partially and may be of various shapes. It is advantageous if the cover with its shape copies the shape of biodisks.
The invention is illustrated, but not limited to, by an embodiment of a biocontactor according to the invention shown in the accompanying drawing, wherein FIG. 1 is a schematic representation of a biocontactor tank provided with biodisks. The tank is covered with a partially hinged cover provided with air inlet 21 and a outlet for volatile substances 22. The functional surface of the biodisks is formed by a flexible plastic pipe with a wrinkled surface provided with openings arranged in a circular surface of the biodiesel and fixed on the support frame.
The shape of the cover follows the shape of the biodisks. The air supply is provided by a fan. In the biocontactor, the groundwater from the Dyje river shore was treated. Adjustment achieves the following effects.
