Abstract

Řešení se týká ovládacího ventilu vzduchové trysky pneumatícko-samospádové dopravy důlní zakládkové směsi. Ovládací ventil, který je uložen v tlakotěsné odbočce dopravního potrubí důlní zakládkové směsi a je spojen se vzduchovou tryskou a tlakovzdušným rozvodem, sestává z těla se vstupním a výstupním otvorem, dříku na jednom konci opatřeném centrálně upevněnou kuželkou proti kuželovému sedlu, o jehož spodní plochu se opírá vratná pružina, která se druhým koncem opírá o stavitelnou objímku centrálně upevněnou pomocí závitu ke střední části dříku. Na druhém konci je dřík opatřen centrálně upevněnou membránou podloženou tvarovou podložkou. Stavitelná objímka je opatřena výřezem jímž prochází vodící pero pevně spojené s tělem ventilu rovnoběžné s osou dříku. The control valve, which is placed in a pressure-tight branch of the mining backfill mixture transport pipeline and is connected to an air nozzle and a compressed air distribution, consists of a body with an inlet and outlet opening, a stem at one end provided with a centrally mounted cone against a conical seat, the lower surface of which is supported by a return spring, which at its other end is supported by an adjustable sleeve centrally mounted by means of a thread to the central part of the stem. At the other end, the stem is provided with a centrally mounted membrane supported by a shaped washer. The adjustable sleeve is provided with a cutout through which a guide pin passes, which is firmly connected to the valve body and parallel to the axis of the stem. Adjustment of the valve opening depending on the effect of the pressure of the backfill mixture in the transport pipeline is possible within a wide range.
