Abstract

Vynález sa týká trubkového výmenníka tepla, ktorý rieši konštrukčné usporiadanie a zaústenie výmenníkových trubiek do zbernej komory.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a tubular heat exchanger that solves the design and outlet of the heat exchanger tubes into a collection chamber.
Doteraz trubkové výmenníky boli osadzované trubkovnicami a tieto boli z jednej strany privarené na plášť telesa. Z druhej strany trubkovnice bola privarené komora, ktorá bola ukončená dnom, na ktorom sa nachádzal prielez. Trubky do trubkovnice sa navliekli cez podpěrné steny. Nevýhodou tohoto konštrukčného riešenia bola značná hrúbka trubkovnice, zlá přístupnost v priestore komory, ako aj vybrácia v podpěrných stěnách.Up to now, tubular heat exchangers have been fitted with tube plates and these have been welded to the body shell on one side. Uvedené nedostatky sú odstránené riešením podl’a vynálezu, ktorého podstatou je, že zberná komora je umiestnená v spodnej časti plášťa, do ktorej sú zaústěné výmenníkové trubky, uložené v hrebenoch, privarené k nosným prstencom a vedeniu, pričom zberná komora je opatřená deliacou přepážkou s prielezom.The aforementioned drawbacks are eliminated by the solution according to the invention, the essence of which is that the collecting chamber is located in the lower part of the casing, into which the exchanger tubes are arranged in ridges welded to the support rings and the conduit, the collecting chamber being provided with a partition prielezom.
Pokrok dosiahnutý podía tohto riešenia spočívá najmá v tom, že výmenník neobsahuje trubkovnicu, ale zbernú komoru, čo má podstatnú menšiu hmotnost a lepšiu přístupnost v priestore zaústenia trubiek. Trubky sú vedené v hrebenoch a nie v podpěrných stěnách, čím dochádza k zvýšeniu produktivity práce ako aj odstráneniu vybrácie trubiek. Ďalšou výhodou je jednoduchá montáž a demontáž vík do priestoru zaústenia trubiek do zbernej komory. Spodná časť 2 plášťa je opatřená výstužnými prstencami 2, do ktorých je privarené zberná komora 3, na ktorej je osadený vstupný nástavec Q a výstupný nástavec 5. Výmenníkové trubky Q sú zaústěné do zbernej komory 2.· Výmenníkové trubky Q sú uložené v hrebeňoch 7. Horná časť 2 plášťa je privarené spolu zo spodnou časťou 2 plášťa. Horná časť 2 plášťa je ukončená horným dnom v ktorom je umiestnený rozdělovač páry 10. Spodná časť 1 plášťa je ukončená spodným dnom 11, k čomu je privarený podstavec 12 výmenníka. Spodné dno 11 je opatřené nástavcom 13 pře odvodnenie.
