Abstract
Řešeni se týká vyzdívky pády dna licích pánvi s cílem zvýšit odolnost vyzdívky proti erozi licího, proudu a snížit tvorbu zbytkových slitkO v pánvi. The solution relates to the lining of the bottom of the casting ladles with the aim of increasing the resistance of the lining against erosion of the casting stream and reducing the formation of residual ingots in the ladle. For this purpose, the lining of the bottom of the casting ladle is shaped into at least two flat steps (5, 6), the lowest of which is at the place where the spout opening (7) of the casting ladle is located. The edges of these steps (5, 6) are made of refractory ceramic materials with increased resistance to spalling.
Description
Vynález řeší tvar a provedení vyzdívky půdy v nádobách pro jímání a přepravu tekutého kovu, zejména v licích ocelářských pánvích, sloužících k odlévání oceli do kokil, mezipánvich a podobné. ·, tThe invention solves the shape and design of the soil lining in containers for collecting and transporting liquid metal, in particular in casting steel ladles, used for casting steel into molds, tundishes and the like. ·, T
The linings of the bottom of the ladles are made either as horizontal or sloping, in the form of a smooth surface delimited by a protective barrier of the ladle, and the lining of the ladle wall is made for this lining with masonry, stamping or machine casting. The lining of the bottom of the ladle thus made is considerably orodized at the point of impact of the casting stream by the incident stream of steel flowing out of the steel unit, i.e. the hearth or electric furnace or the converter. In addition, the swirling motion of the liquid metal bath during pouring also orbits a large part of the remaining area of the ladle bottom lining. Residual liquid steel collects in the oroded depressions of the ladle bottom, which cannot drain through the spout in the ladle bottom during casting, solidifies after emptying the ladle and remains at the bottom in the form of an ingot. When removing the ingots, the bottom lining is mechanically damaged, which further aggravates the unfavorable melting of the bottom surface, and often the removal of the ingots completely destroys the pelvic floor lining. The sloping design of the day, known for example from the hearth of a furnace or the pre-furnace of cupolas, has a positive effect on the flow of residual metal to the lowest point, but erosion of the bottom surface does not occur locally because they are not affected by zds soil relatively quiet washed with a liquid metal bath. In the case of inclined-bottomed ladles, this beneficial effect is only weak, since the formation of thick depressions and thus the formation of ingots cannot be prevented.
These deficiencies are eliminated by lining the soil in containers for collecting and transporting liquid metal, for example in ladles, according to the invention, the essence of which consists in that the casting surface of the ladle bottom is formed by at least two flat steps. the spout of the stopper or slide cap of the ladle. The first row of ceramic fittings of the individual stages can be made of refractory ceramic materials, which are characterized by increased resistance to melting.
Zhotoveni dna pánve podle vynálezu snižuje spotřebu vyzdívkového materiálu, potřebného pro zhotoveni nové vyzdívky dna pánve, o 10 až 15 % a zvyšuje využití vytavené oceli v důsledku snížené tvorby slitků. .The construction of the ladle bottom according to the invention reduces the consumption of the lining material required for the production of a new ladle bottom lining by 10 to 15% and increases the utilization of the molten steel due to the reduced formation of ingots. .
The invention is illustrated in an exemplary embodiment in the accompanying drawing, in which FIG. 1 is a schematic section 230 t of a steel ladle and FIG. 2 is a view in the direction P of FIG. 1 of the stepped bottom of this ladle.
První řada 8 keramických žáruvzdorných tvarovek je přitom zhotovena z vysoce hlinitého šamotu nebo magnezitu, jehož odolnost proti nataveni a erozi je výrazně vyšil než šamot, ze kterého je zhotovena zbývající vyzdívka plochých stupňů 4, 5, ¢5.A protective lining 2 is placed on the steel shell JL of the ladle, which is covered on the walls of the ladle by a working lining 3. Three flat steps 4, 5, 6 are formed on the protective lining 2 on the bottom of the ladle, the lowest flat step 4 being oriented in place. where the spout opening 7 is housed.
Prostor nad nižšími stupni 4, S vytváří již na počátku lití příznivé podmínky pro rychlé vytvářeni malých rezervoárů, vo kterých tekutá ocel vytváří ochrannou hydraulickou vrstvu, ve které se rychle a účinně pohlcuje kinetická energie licího proudu B, přičemž první řady 8 keramických tvarovek tvoři hydraulickou přepážku, která bráni dalšímu rozstřiku a hlavně intenzivnímu prouděni oceli po dnu pánve, které jinak působí na plochu dna a obvodové přilehlé čisti pracovní vyzdívky 3 všiml srozivně.The space above the lower stages 4, S creates favorable conditions for the rapid formation of small reservoirs at the beginning of casting, in which liquid steel forms a protective hydraulic layer in which the kinetic energy of the casting stream B is quickly and efficiently absorbed, the first rows of 8 ceramic fittings forming a baffle which prevents further spattering and especially the intensive flow of steel along the bottom of the ladle, which otherwise acts on the surface of the bottom, and has noticed a circumferentially adjacent clean working lining 3.
