Abstract

The purpose of the mixture for the preparation of the auto-adhesive polyolefin-based fixation packaging foil is to increase the auto adhesion of packaging foils. The above-mentioned purpose is achieved by the use of 90 to 99.8 % by weight of polyolefin and 0.2 to 10 % by weight of chlorinated paraffin containing 5 to 75 % by weight of chlorine. The mixture for the preparation of the auto-adhesive polyolefin-based fixation packaging foil, with a controlled diffusion of an adhesive agent, can be applied to the packaging technique industry.

Description

Vynález sa týká zmesi na přípravu autoadhéznej fixačnej obalovej fólie na báze polyclefínov.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a composition for the preparation of an autoadhesive fixation coating film based on polycells.

Autoadhézia výsledných fólií nepřekračuje ДН. The previously known autoadhesive fusible packaging films are made on the basis of polymers such as polyethylene (low- and medium-density types), polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, respectively. copolymers such as an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, by additivating agents that provide repeated autoadhesion when the film is pressed. A known autoadhesive additive is, for example, polyvinyl butyral, which is present in an amount of 0.05 wt. %, but the autoadhesion of the film prepared from the resulting mixture is relatively low. Increasing the autoadhesion of polyethylene films can also be achieved by adding 1 wt. % Glycol glycol glycol, respectively. of propylene oil to polyethylene. Autoadhesion of the resulting films does not exceed ДН. Polyethylene modification 5 wt. % of the atactic polypropylene increases the autoadhesion of the films. However, the necessary autoadhesion is achieved over a longer period of time) □ the physico-mechanical properties of the films are not satisfactory.

Chlorinated paraffin containing 5 to 75 wt. X of chlorine is used as an additive to the anti-tumor oil. It is known to be used in various plastics, e.g. polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyurethanes as flame retardants [Iaučík, P., Krivo.Šík, 0., Náplava, A., Ondrejmiška, K. t Špilda, I., Špirk, E., Vorošová, M .: Additives to plastov, Alfa, Bratislava, p. 288 (1985)}, cold forming metalworking lubricants and secondary plasticizer in the processing of polyvinyl chloride.

Uvedené nevýhody v podstatnej miere odstraňuje zmes na přípravu autoadhéznej fixačnej obalovej folie na báze polyolefínov, ktorej podstata spočívá v tom, Že zmes pozostáva z 90 až 99,8 hmot. X polyolefínu a 0,2aŽ 10 hmot. X chlórovaného parafínu s obsahom 5 až 75 hmot. X chloru.x The above-mentioned disadvantages are substantially eliminated by the composition for the preparation of the polyolefin-based self-adhesive fixative packaging film, which consists in the fact that the composition consists of 90 to 99.8% by weight. X of polyolefin and 0.2 to 10 wt. X of chlorinated paraffin containing 5 to 75 wt. X chlorine. x

The advantage lies in the preparation of the polyolefin-based self-adhesive fixation film and its simplicity, good workability, economic advantage over the films used hitherto and the fact that no change in technology or modification of the existing film production equipment is required.

Žieduci adhézny efekt sa dosiahol podlá navrhovaného riešenia v důsledku fyzikálnej r.exnášanlivosti uvažovaného aditiva s polymérnou matricou, čo umožňuje dosiahnúť, že aj pccerne malé množstvo aditiva aplikovaného v hmotě, ktoré ešte nezhoršuje fуzikálno-mecharícxé vlastnosti fólie umožňuje významné dlhodobo ovplyvniť povrchové vlastnosti fólie, crscovšetkým zvýšit autoadhéziu. The stagnant adhesion effect was achieved according to the proposed solution due to the physical compatibility of the additive under consideration with the polymer matrix, which makes it possible to achieve that even a small amount of additive applied in the mass which still does not impair the physical-mechanical properties of the film especially increase autoadhesion.
