Abstract

Special fire-fighting material with increased resistance to atmospheric influences based on sodium or potassium water glass and dehydrating substances, possibly other substances such as alkaline phosphates, fireclay, fillers, plasticizers, dyes, etc. The essence of the solution is the addition of dolomitic limestone or carbonate and/or calcium oxide and/or magnesium.

Description

Vynález se týká speciální minerální protipožární hmoty na bázi vodního skla sodného a/nebo draselného a dehydratečních látek, popřípadě dalších aktivních látek, jako například tenzidů, plastifikátorů, plnidel, anorganických pigmentů, barviv a podobná.The invention relates to a special mineral fire-retardant based on sodium and / or potassium water glass and dehydrating substances or other active substances, such as surfactants, plasticizers, fillers, inorganic pigments, dyes and the like.

Hmota má zvýšenou odolnost proti vlivu oxidu uhličitého a vodní páry ze vzduchu. The material has increased resistance to the effects of carbon dioxide and water vapor from the air.

Hitherto known fire-retardant minerals based on sodium or potassium water glass are based on water glass alone or with the addition of other active substances which physically use water glass, such as diatomaceous earth, various types of fireclay, bentonite and the like. Vbd glass degrades by the action of carbon dioxide and water vapor, which affects the service life of fire-fighting materials. Elimination of atmospheric influences on the produced fire-fighting materials is still ensured, for example, by protective coatings, non-flammable foils, layers with special impregnations, such as a suspension of water glass and fireclay, which is always associated with further laborious operations.

These disadvantages are eliminated by a mineral fire-retardant with increased resistance to atmospheric influences based on sodium and / or potassium water glass and dehydrating substances, possibly containing other active substances such as phosphates, fireclay, surfactants, plasticizers, fillers, inorganic pigments, dyes, according to this of the invention. The essence consists in that it contains 10 to 80% by weight of dolomitic limestone or carbonate and / or calcium and / or magnesium oxide. Mineral fire-retardant compound with increased resistance to atmospheric influences is applied by application, coating, spraying on mineral or glass staples, used as an adhesive or sealant, or as a starting material for the production of non-flammable crumbs. Dolomitic limestone, carbonate and / or calcium and / or magnesium oxide react with water glass to form magnesium or lime silicates. ..... those and sodium or potassium carbonate, depending on the type of water glass used, which cause increased resistance of the mass to atmospheric influences. Simultaneously formed carbonates can be decomposed in special cases by the addition of phosphoric acid, the formed phosphates modify the fire-retardant properties of the mineral mass.

Pro bližší objasnění podstaty vynálezu jsou dále uvedeny příklady provedení*In order to further illustrate the essence of the invention, the following examples are given *

PřikladlHe added

Do laboratorního mixéru dávkujeme 640 g vodního skla sodného o hustotě 50°Bé, 300 g jemně mletého dolomitického vápence, necháme 5 minut důkladně promíchat. Za míchání přidáme 60 g cementu. Získáme 1 000 g minerální protipožární hmoty se zvýšenou odolností proti atmosférickým vlivům, kterou nanášíme na netkanou skleněnou střiž umístěnou na hliníkové folii. Po dosušení vyrobíme minerální protipožární folii o síle 2 mm.We put 640 g of sodium water glass with a density of 50 ° Bé, 300 g of finely ground dolomitic limestone into a laboratory mixer and let it mix thoroughly for 5 minutes. Add 60 g of cement with stirring. We obtain 1,000 g of mineral fire-retardant material with increased resistance to atmospheric influences, which we apply to a non-woven glass staple placed on aluminum foil. After drying, we produce a mineral fire protection foil with a thickness of 2 mm.
