Description

Vynález sa týká zariadenia na vírové prevzdušňovanie vody mikrobublinami vzduchu, alebo iného plynu obsahujúceho kyslík, v technologických zariadeniach na čistenie a úpravu vody.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an apparatus for vortexing water with microbubbles of air or other oxygen-containing gas in process water purification and treatment equipment.

Water enrichment with air oxygen is an important process in water purification and treatment technology. Of particular importance are the new types of aeration devices, which achieve the highest oxygen saturation of the water with low energy consumption. In practice, various water aeration systems are used. Mechanical aerators or pneumatic aeration systems with blowing compressed air into the water through nozzles of various shapes and designs are most commonly used. Various hydropneumatic aeration systems based on the principle of aeration injectors are also used, in which a mixture of air bubbles in the water is formed by the effect of water and air flow. The disadvantages of mechanical aerators and pneumatic aeration systems and hydropneumatic injectors are their complexity, high investment and operating costs and, above all, considerable failure rates and often low efficiency and high energy consumption. The main disadvantage of most mechanical and hydro-pneumatic aerators is creating quite a size r sneeze air bubbles from which transfer oxygen into the water substantially smaller than the aerator with microbubbles.

Nevýhody dosial' využívaných zariadení do značnéj miery odstraňuje zariadenie na vírové prevzdušňovanie vody podl'a vynálezu. Pozostáva z komory kuželovitého tvaru opatrenej vekom, v ktorom je umiestnený přívod vzduchu a dalej prívodom vody a výtokom prevzdušnenej vody v zúženej časti komory. The disadvantages of the devices used hitherto are largely eliminated by the water vortex aeration device according to the invention. It consists of a conical chamber provided with a lid in which an air inlet and further a water inlet and an outlet of aerated water in the constricted part of the chamber are located.

Podstata vynálezu spočívá v tom, že v komoře je na přívod vzduchu napojený difúzor, na ktorý je medzi rebrami teleskopicky usporiadaná sústava rúrových vložiek so stupňovité sa zmenšujúcim priemerom ich válcových plášEov.The invention is based on the fact that a diffuser is connected to the air supply in the chamber, to which a set of tubular liners with a gradually decreasing diameter of their cylindrical casings is telescopically arranged between the ribs.

Umiestnením sústavy rúrových vložiek so stupňovité zmenšovanými priemermi v zúženej časti komory sa usměrní prúdenie do medzikruhových priestorov medzi vnútornou stěnou časti plášEa komory a rúrovými vložkami. Vháňaním tlakového vzduchu, alebo nasáváním vzduchu podtlakom z potrubia privádzaného vzduchu cez difúzor do válcových štrbín medzi rúrovými vložkami sa v zúženom priestore komory a vo výtoku vytvoří vysoká turbulencia. VířivýBy positioning a plurality of tubular liners with stepped decreasing diameters in the tapered portion of the chamber, flow into the annular spaces between the inner wall of the portion of the casing and the liners is directed. By blowing compressed air or by sucking the air through the vacuum air duct through the diffuser into the cylindrical slots between the pipe inserts, high turbulence is created in the confined space of the chamber and in the outlet. Swirl

V porovnaní s aerátormi, ktoré vytvárajú zmes váčších bublin vo vodě sa pri nižšej spotrebe energie výrazné zvýši přestup kyslíka do vody.A. in the flow pattern, it is also significantly increased by the effect of the water supply to the chamber, which may be arranged radially or preferably tangentially. A mixture of air microbubbles in water is formed in the narrowed portion of the chamber between the tubular liners due to high turbulence and vortex mixing. Compared to aerators that produce a mixture of larger bubbles in water, the oxygen transfer to water will increase significantly with lower energy consumption.

Zariadenie podlá vynálezu je konstrukčně velmi jednoduché, nemá žiadne pohyblivé časti a nevyžaduje vačši přetlak privádzaného vzduchu, ani vysokú rýchlosť privádzanej vody. Jeho hlavnou výhodou je vysoká funkčná spolahlivostí a účinností prevzdušňovania vody a tiež nízké výrobné a prevádzkové náklady. The device according to the invention is structurally very simple, has no moving parts and does not require a higher overpressure of the incoming air or a high speed of the incoming water.
