Abstract

The invention solves a distributing air cannel and grid for aeration of particulate matter, mainly of granular and filamentary character. The distributing channel (1) has a flared upper part (2) with projecting supports (3) carrying a grid (7) formed alternately by chutes opened downwards (4) and by intermediate pieces (5). The intermediate pieces ensure the necessary distance between the chutes (4) and simultaneously together with them closely cover the distributing channel (1) thus protecting it against filling with by the figured matter (6). The flow of the air mass proceeds from the distributing channel (1) into the unfilled space under the chutes (4) and then in the space of the flared part of the channel (2) it enters the filled matter (6) and penetrates this matter (6) through gaps between the chutes (4) and gets into the matter (6) on the grid (7). The channel and the grid can be used primarily for effective aeration of granular agricultural products and raw materials as well as for aeration of other air-permeable materials. By use of processed air-mass it is possible to achieve even some special effects - for example formation of protective atmosphere, introduction of specifically effective substances etc. Another advantage is the possibility to use spaces equipped with channels and grids for other purposes without any need of disassembling of the aeration system because the grid surface can be in plane with the surrounding floor.<IMAGE>

Description

Vynález řeší rozvodný vzduchový kanál pro provzdušnování sypkých hmot, před® vším zrnitého n vláknitého chntviktoru. The invention solves an air distribution channel for aerating bulk materials, in particular a granular n fiber fiber trainer.

Until now, they have been using for this purpose a variety of over-floor or floor ducts and gratings, which either make it difficult to handle θ aerated material, typical of above-ground ducts or pipelines, or costly and maintenance-intensive, floor ducts and gratings X. A common drawback of almost all solutions used is the use of various fabrics, screens, thin perforated sheets, etc. to separate the air duct space from the bulk material space. These materials and elements are easily damaged, both by the mechanisms used in handling the stored aerated mass deposited on the channels, and in the cleaning, maintenance and necessary handling of the elements of the aeration system. This entails high operating and repair costs for the aeration system, and the aeration function is often reduced or even completely prevented, in particular due to the constriction or blockage of the useful cross-section of the duct as a result of cracks and leaks in the aeration element design.

The above-mentioned disadvantages eliminate the air duct and grate according to the invention, which is based on the tight, rigid and firm covering of the entire duct section by means of a defined part of the grating and creating an area for transfer of air from the duct to the aerated mass. the air from the distribution part of the channel is fed down by open troughs placed transversely in front of the entire width of the channel and forming part of the cover grate. These troughs are separated from the bottom of the widened part of the channel by protruding supports, on which the whole grate can advantageously be supported. These spacers provide the necessary spacing between the troughs and at the same time are designed so that they together with the troughs securely and tightly cover the conduit part of the channel and thus prevent it from being filled with the stored material. This arrangement creates the necessary gap between the bottom edge of the trough and the bottom of the widened part of the canal and between individual troughs of the grate, which can be freely flowed into the stored material. channel.

Kanál e roštem podle vynálezu je Jednoduchý, odolný i proti velmi těžkému provozu a tím provozně vysoce spolehlivý, s vysokou volnou přestupní plochou pro přestup vzdušiny do naskladněné hmoty a tím s relativně velmi malými tlakovými ztrátami a energetickými nároky na výkon zdroje vzdušiny. The grate channel according to the invention is simple, resistant to very heavy operation and thus highly reliable in operation, with a high free transfer area for transfer of the air mass into the stored mass and thus with relatively very low pressure losses and energy demands on the air source power.

2 je znázorněn půdorys kanálu a roštu a na obr, 3 je znázorněn podélný řez horní - rozšířenou částí kanálu s roštem.FIG. 1 shows a cross-sectional view of a channel and a grate, FIG. 2 shows a plan view of a channel and a grate, and FIG. grate.

Rozvodný kanál 1 má rozšířenou horní část 2, aa níž jsou vytvořeny vystupující podpěry 2 nesoucí rošt 2> tvořený střídavě dolů otevřenými korýtky 4 o délce shodné s šířkou rozíířené části 2 kanálu 1 a mezikusy 2 o délce větší, než je šířka rozvodného kanálu 1, zajišťujícími potřebné rozestupy mezi korýtky 4 a současně společně s nimi bezpečné a těsné krytí rozvodného kanálu 1 proti jeho zasypání znázorněnou hodnotou 6. Neznázorněný tok vzdušiny postupuje z rozvodného kanálu 1 do nezasypaného prostoru pod korýtky 4, dále do prostoru rozšířené horní části kanálu 2, kde vniká do nasypané hmoty 6 a touto hmotou mezerami mezi korýtky 4 prostupuje vzhůru do hmoty 6 nesypané nad rošt 7.The distribution channel 1 has an enlarged upper part 2, and in which protruding supports 2 are provided carrying a grate 2 formed by alternately downwardly open troughs 4 of a length equal to the width of the extended part 2 of the channel 1 and intermediate pieces 2 longer than the width of the distribution channel 1. providing the necessary spacing between the troughs 4 and, at the same time, a safe and tight protection of the distribution channel 1 against its backfilling as shown by the value 6. The air flow (not shown) proceeds from the distribution channel 1 into the non-covered space below the troughs. it penetrates into the poured mass 6 and through this space, it passes through the gaps between the troughs 4 into the mass 6 not poured over the grate 7.

Jeho pomocí íze docílitThe canal and grate according to the invention can be used primarily for efficient aeration of agricultural products and raw materials such as grains, hay, corn in sticks and beaten, oilseeds and the like. It can also be used for ventilation of various grain or breathable non-agricultural raw materials. It can be achieved by using it

CS 273896 Bl například zchlazení či ohřev hmot, jejich vysoušení, odvětrávání nežádoucích reaiduí, vytvrzení požadující přívod vzdušniny apod.
