Description

Vynález se týká způsobu elektrojiskrového obráběni materiálu hloubením různých tvarů, 3 vysokým úběrem materiálu a s ekologickou nezávadnosti, prováděného v uhlovodíkovém dielektriku, které tvoří hydrogenačně rafinované dearomatizované ropné frakce s nízkým rozmezím teplot varu a s vysokou teplotou vzplanutí.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method of electrospark machining of dies of various shapes, high material removal and ecological safety, carried out in a hydrocarbon dielectric which consists of hydrotreated dearomatized petroleum fractions with a low boiling range and high flash point.

Výhodná je snadná dostupnost a nízká cena®Electro-spark machining of material is one of the most modern ways of modifying the shape, dimensions, roughness or other surface properties. In this procedure, the shape of the tool electrode is copied into the article by digging the electrode while removing the material. This is done with cavities, grooves, openings in metal materials, especially those that are difficult to machine. For example, cavities and holes in molded tools are produced. EDM machining is performed in EDM machines in which the product is machined in a dielectric fluid. The result is evaluated by machining time, surface quality after machining and accuracy. The machining time depends on the productivity of the process and this is expressed in terms of the amount of material taken per unit of time in mm min.,. The combination of both characteristics creates a summary characteristic - dependence of material removal on surface roughness. In this way, the influence of some factors on the machining result in the dredging machine can be evaluated objectively. The greater the material removal at a given surface roughness, the better the influence of the investigated factor. One of the important factors is the quality of the dielectric fluid along with the pulse generator, process control, electrode material and product®. high material removal and low tool electrode wear. Easy availability and low cost® are advantageous
