Abstract

The spacing bracket is used for keeping the shape of filter pockets and usually consists of vertical and horizontal spacing elements. The principle of the design is the fact that each vertical element (1) is formed by a perimeter wire with the minimal diameter of 3 mm being arranged in the shape of a rectangle, whose upper and lower sides are shaped in a bend with the radius (R) greater than 10 mm. The vertical parallel perimeter wires are mutually reinforced by plates with the length (L) equal to at least half of the width (S) of the vertical spacing element (1). These plates are equipped with holes (5) for passage of vertical spacing wires, which close-connect with vertical spacing elements in the required horizontal distances. Wire cracking of the vertical spacing element and fraying of the filter fabric are prevented by optimally selected diameter of the wire, its rounding on both ends and reinforcement of the vertical parallel sides and this also helps to achieve high stiffness of the spacing bracket as a whole with the decrease of its weight and consumed work. The inner bracket can be easily removed from the filter pockets by placing the vertical supporting wires from outside to the extreme vertical spacing elements.<IMAGE>
