Abstract
Sposob výroby polypropylénových vláken so· zvýšenou rovnomernostou mechanických vlastností spočívá v kontinuálnom dlžení preparovaných vláken v dvoch stupňoch, pričom v prvom stupni prebieha preddlženie vláken o 4 až 80 % pri rýchlosti v^/m/min/. The method of production of polypropylene fibers with increased uniformity of mechanical properties consists in continuous elongation of the prepared fibers in two stages, while in the first stage the fibers are pre-elongated by 4 to 80% at a speed of v^/m/min/. In the second stage, hot stretching takes place at a speed of Vj/m/min/ to a stretching ratio of 1:2 to 1:2.5. The residence time of the fibers in the longitudinal field is such that the relationship given in the description of the invention applies.

Predmetom tohto vynálezu je sposob výroby polypropylénových vláken so zvýšenou rov-nomernostou pevnosti. It is an object of the present invention to provide a process for producing polypropylene fibers with increased strength uniformity.
Rovnoměrnost týchto fyzikálno-mechanic-kých vlastností sa najčastejšie vyjadřuje variaěným koeficientom, ktorý je vlastně smero-dajnou odchýlkou vyjádřenou relativné ako percento z aritmetického priemeru nameranýchhodn&t.One of the methods known to date for producing polypropylene fibers is the fiber-length cable strand in a discontinuous or continuous process. In the production of polypropylene staple fibers, cable lengthening has become almost the only method used in the art. The substantial support of polypropylene staple fibers is processed into a nonwoven fibrous layer. The uniformity of strength achieved by single-stage cable stretching is satisfactory for these applications. When using polypropylene staple fibers in the manufacture of yarns, the uniformity of the fiber properties significantly affects the processing properties as well as the uniformity of the finished product. When using polypropylene staple fibers for preparation, the open-end process is at high rotor speed and / or speed. for "DREF" technology at high revolutions of friction spinning units, the uniformity of the fibers, the uniformity of the physico-mechanical properties, manifested in dynamic conditions of thrust, bending, etc., are decisive. It is evident that the increased uniformity of the tensile strength also points to the increased uniformity of the related physically mechanical properties such as loop strength, ductility and modulus of elasticity. The uniformity of these physico-mechanical properties is most often expressed by the variable coefficient, which is actually the standard deviation expressed relative to the percentage of the arithmetic mean measured by & t.
Všeobecne platí tiež, že so stúpajúcim dlžiacim pomerom stúpa i orientá-cia polymérneho systému vydlženého vlákna, stúpa teda i pevnost do pretrhu tohto anizo-tropného systému.It is known to bundle a bundle of polypropylene fibers in one or more stages with different heat modes. A higher drawing temperature reduces the tension of the fibers in the drawing field. It is also generally accepted that, with increasing lengthening ratio, the orientation of the polymeric fiber fiber system increases as well as the breaking strength of this anisotropic system.
The accompanying feature of unidirectional deformation is also the decreasing ductility of the fibers. The applications used up to now have put the stop on a certain stretch of fiber ductility, so that the length gauge is chosen with respect to the desired ductility.
Pre všetkyuvedené sposoby je potřebné, aby poměr v druhéj zóně bol najviac 1 : 1,5.For the required lower ductility values, eg for yarns, resp. higher fortifications used higher debt ratios, respectively. a second stage of drawing on the fibers was used for the desired ductility, respectively. strength, as disclosed, for example, in Japanese Laid-Open Application JP / A / 152 810/86, which uses a draw ratio of 1: 6 to 1: 10 to achieve a polypropylene fiber strength of above 4.5 cN / dtex. In doing so, it uses temperatures of 170 to 190 ° c. The disadvantage is the high draw ratio, or the high drawing temperature. According to the Czechoslovak authoring certificate No. 238 830, the ductility is 28.4% with a two-fold draw ratio of 4.2, which has similar disadvantages as Sometimes, the second stage of stretching is used to adjust the residual precipitation of polypropylene staple fibers, by the method of relaxation of the fibers at elevated temperature under tension, resulting in a low draw ratio. 1.5.
A disadvantage of said known manufacturing methods is that the achievement of the desired physical-mechanical properties is based on the use of higher draw ratios in one and the other, respectively. in two stages, the draw ratio in the second stage is always lower than in the first stage, but the temperature in the second stage is always higher than in the first stage. In this case, high temperature elongation is required for the relatively high elongation ratios in the first stage. A further disadvantage is that when using draw ratios close to or higher than the natural draw ratio, the draw ratio increases and fiber uniformity, expressed for example by the variation coefficient of strength, deteriorates.
The aforementioned drawbacks are solved by a process for producing polypropylene fibers with increased strength uniformity according to the present invention, characterized in that the strand of fiber-reinforced polypropylene fibers which are coated on their surface with a laundering layer is first prolonged before they are extracted. The elongation is made to a relatively low deformation degree, i.e. 4 to 80%, preferably hot and velocity v / m / min, thereby reducing CS 275699 B6 the natural draw ratio derived from fiber tension versus elongation. in dynamic conditions, at a v2 vm / min rate for a longitudinal ratio of 1: 2 to 1: 2.5 under heat at relatively lower strain rates given by a lower draw ratio.
Doba zotrvania vláken v dlžiacom poli závisí od strednej deformačněj rýchlosti, kto-rá je daná vztahomThe residence time of the fibers in the drawing field depends on the mean deformation rate given by the relationship
Takéto technologické podmienky pozitivně vplývajú na rovnoměrnost vláken vyjadrenú variač-ným koeficientom.Such technological conditions have a positive effect on the uniformity of the fibers expressed by the variation coefficient.
Příklad 1By producing the polypropylene fibers according to the invention, the desired physical-mechanical properties of the fibers are achieved by the lengthening, such as strength, ductility, and related parameters under more favorable conditions, i.e., lower total deformation stage (elongation and extension together), while the uniformity of the soil The strength of the fibers given by the drawing increases and the coefficient of variation of the strength decreases. This makes it possible to use this method in the production of polypropylene staple fiber yarns with progressive processing technologies. Example 1
Získané vlákna mali jednot-ková dlžkovú hmotnost 1,62 dtex, pevnost do pretrhu 4,9 cN/dtex, tažnost 46 % a variačnýkoeficient pevnosti 10,5 %, tažnosti 17,8 %.The spun polypropylene fibers forming a bundle of 40,000 fibers by the ethoxylated fatty acid emulsion emulsion were elongated at 45 m / min by an axial tensile force exerted by the galetes of 4% and were subsequently drawn to a draw ratio of 1: 2.3 at 150 ° C. so the total draw ratio was 1: 2.4. The value of the expression [fvi + v2) / 36 ° J -1 is 2.33, which corresponds to the condition of the invention derived from the sufficient residence time of the fibers at the elevated temperature in the drawing zone. The fibers obtained had a unit length weight of 1.62 dtex, a breaking strength of 4.9 cN / dtex, a ductility of 46% and a coefficient of variation of strength of 10.5%, a ductility of 17.8%.
Získané vlákna mali jednotková dlžková hmotnost 1,68 dtex, pevnost do pretrhu 5,1 cN//dtex, tažnost 55,9 %, variačný koeficient pevnosti 20,7 % a tažnosti 30,1 %.For comparison, the matched non-elongated fibers were processed by a conventional method at a rate of 23.8 m / min in stage I of 282% and subsequently extended at a length ratio of 1: 1.1 at 150 ° C so that the total draw ratio was 1: 4 The fibers obtained had a unit length weight of 1.68 dtex, a breaking strength of 5.1 cN // dtex, a ductility of 55.9%, a coefficient of variation of strength of 20.7% and a ductility of 30.1%.
Příklad 2According to the invention, a lower overall draw ratio has been used to achieve comparable properties of the pulled fibers and a higher fiber uniformity has been achieved. Example 2
Získané vlákna mali jednotková dlžková hmotnost1,72 dtex, relatívnu pevnost 5,2 cN/dtex, tažnost 35,7 %, variačný koeficient pevnosti 12.9 % a tažnosti 16,5 %.Just spun polypropylene fibers forming a bundle of 80,000 pre-treated fibers in the cable at a speed of 30 m / min increased by 52% and subsequently owed a draw ratio of 1: 2.38 at 138 ° C, so that the total draw ratio was 1: 3.62. The result of the unevenness of the invention was 2.34 The fibers obtained had a unit length weight of 1.72 dtex, a relative strength of 5.2 cN / dtex, a ductility of 35.7%, a coefficient of variation of strength of 12.9% and a ductility of 16.5%.
Získané vlákna mali jednotková dlžkováFor comparison, the same undrawn fibers at a speed of 23.8 m / min were stretched by 250% in the first stage, followed by a stretch ratio of 1: 1.2 at a temperature in both zones of 140 ° C, so that the total draw ratio was 1: 4 , 2. The fibers obtained had unit lengths
