Abstract

Využívá aplikáciu sorpčných materiálov a systém jednej centrálnej a najmenej troch satelitných studní, cez ktoré sa voda čerpá a po obohatení o oxidačnú látku do podzemia vsakuje. Do satelitných studní sa najprv injektuje suspenzia sorpčného materiálu obsahujúca připadne tiež čistu bakteriálnu kulturu, alebo bakteriálnu polykultúru a to v suspenznom stave, alebo immobilizované. Potom prebieha režim čerpania a vsakovania v cykloch, alebo kontinuálně. Najmenej cez jednu zo studní sa privádza voda obohatená o oxidačnú látku a fp připadne tiež čistú bakteriálnu kultúru, alebo Tyť polykultúru. Výhodné je ak sa injektujú, alebo W do vody obohatenej oxidačnou látkou pridávajú pomnožené baktérie získané kultiváciou mikrobiálneho oživenia z daného biotopu.
