Abstract
Se describe un método para recuperar ácido clorhídrico y óxidos de metal a partir de un licor de cloruro. El método comprende: proveer un licor de cloruro que incluya el metal y mezclar el licor y una solución matriz de manera de producir una mezcla de reacción, donde la solución matriz colabora con la oxidación/hidrólisis del metal con producción de HCI. En una forma de realización preferida, la solución matriz comprende cloruro de cinc en varias etapas de hidratación y se agrega un gas que contiene oxígeno a la mezcla. Por lo tanto, la presente invención divulga un método donde la mejora reside en la mezcla de un licor de una solución matriz donde la solución colabora con la hidrólisis del metal con producción de HCL. El reactor es un reactor de columna en una forma de realización preferida. También se divulga el uso de la solución matriz y de un reactor para la recuperación de ácido clorhídrico y para la oxidación/hidrólisis de un metal.A method for recovering hydrochloric acid and metal oxides from a chloride liquor is described. The method comprises: providing a chloride liquor that includes the metal and mixing the liquor and a matrix solution so as to produce a reaction mixture, where the matrix solution collaborates with the oxidation / hydrolysis of the metal with HCI production. In a preferred embodiment, the matrix solution comprises zinc chloride in several stages of hydration and an oxygen-containing gas is added to the mixture. Therefore, the present invention discloses a method where the improvement lies in the mixing of a liquor from a matrix solution where the solution collaborates with the hydrolysis of the metal with HCL production. The reactor is a column reactor in a preferred embodiment. The use of the matrix solution and a reactor for the recovery of hydrochloric acid and for the oxidation / hydrolysis of a metal is also disclosed.
