Abstract
Aquí así se proporciona un método que permite la recuperación de valores metálicos a partir de lateritas por la acción del ácido sulfúrico bastante diluido en lateritas que portan níquel y cobalto, a presión atmosférica y temperatura casi ambiental, asistido por el tratamiento ultrasónico. Con una concentración de acido en el intervalo por ejemplo entre aproximadamente 25 y aproximadamente 50% de ácido sulfúrico, bajo presión atmosférica, sonicación, extrayendo los valores metálicos a partir de lateritas suspendidas se logra así a temperatura ambiente.
