Abstract
Se lleva a cabo un Procedimiento de fraccionamiento para la extracción y caracterización de metabolitos secundarios de la planta Alternanthera Sessilis (L).R.Br. previo al proceso de elaboración de las composiciones farmacéuticas jarabe, gel de baño, crema, champú y encapsulación del material vegetal seco y micronizado en un molino de cuchilla y molino coloidal transformándose en un polvo de tamaño de partículas de 120 a 140 µm que es envasado posteriormente en cápsulas de gelatina 0.01-0.5 conteniendo 300 a 800 mg de polvo cada una, cuyo principio activo vital para tratar la Psoriasis son los metabolitos secundarios, capacidad antioxidante, propiedad nutricional y oligoelementos de la planta en cuestión que potencian el metabolismo y coadyuva a mantener el sistema inmune saludable.A fractionation procedure is carried out for the extraction and characterization of secondary metabolites of the Alternanthera Sessilis (L) .R.Br. prior to the preparation process of the pharmaceutical compositions syrup, bath gel, cream, shampoo and encapsulation of the dried and micronized plant material in a knife mill and colloid mill becoming a particle size powder of 120 to 140 µm which is packaged subsequently in 0.01-0.5 gelatin capsules containing 300 to 800 mg of powder each, whose vital active ingredient to treat Psoriasis are the secondary metabolites, antioxidant capacity, nutritional property and trace elements of the plant in question that enhance the metabolism and contribute to keep the immune system healthy.
