Abstract
<p>Esta invención relacionada con Ia rama de Ia Microbiología e Higiene de los Alimentos, constituye un sistema para Ia evaluación rápida del estado de contaminación microbiológica de diferentes muestras biológicas a partir del empleo combinado de Ia fotoestimulación-detección de los microorganismos (fotosintéticos y no fotosintéticos) presentes en un medio de cultivo liquido. En el caso de Ia fotoestimulación (430 nm < ? < 480 nm y 1 µW< p < 5 µW) de una muestra biológica en medio líquido, se registran los cambios de turbidez y/o bioimpedancia originados en el media de cultivo por dicho crecimiento, lo cual permite detectar de forma rápida Ia presencia de bacterias en muestras biológicas a partir del analisis del cultivo, facilitando Ia evaluación de Ia calidad microbiológica de las mismas. Además es útil para Ia determinación del antibiograma a partir de colonias aisladas o de muestras positivas que se obtienen directamente de las fuentes que las contienen.</p><p> This invention related to the branch of Microbiology and Food Hygiene, constitutes a system for the rapid evaluation of the state of microbiological contamination of different biological samples from the combined use of photostimulation-detection of microorganisms (photosynthetic and not photosynthetic) present in a liquid culture medium. In the case of photostimulation (430 nm <? <480 nm and 1 µW <p <5 µW) of a biological sample in a liquid medium, changes in turbidity and / or bioimpedance originating in the culture medium for said growth are recorded , which allows to quickly detect the presence of bacteria in biological samples from the analysis of the culture, facilitating the evaluation of their microbiological quality. It is also useful for determining the antibiogram from isolated colonies or positive samples that are obtained directly from the sources that contain them. </p>
