Abstract

La invención se relaciona con el campo del procesamiento industrial, en particular, un proceso, un método y sistema para la recuperación de productos de una materia prima tal como una materia prima orgánica, no orgánica o biodinámica. La invención aborda la necesidad de mejorar la eficacia de producción en términos de conversión de materias primas en productos y reducción de residuos. Los productos incluyen productos consumibles tales como alimentos de alta nutrición, nutracéuticos y compuestos bioactivos y/o productos no consumibles tales como energía y combustibles sintéticos, como se ilustran en los pasos de las figuras 1, 2, 11 y 13. La invención incluye típicamente la optimización del proceso en tiempo real usando pasos como se ilustra en la figura 4 y la figura 5 y puede incluir un algoritmo digital de eficiencia para calcular los ajustes que deben aplicarse al proceso en tiempo real. Los ajustes pueden basarse en información de sensores y otras fuentes con respecto a la materia prima y el perfil de la materia prima.</p>
