Abstract
La invención se refiere a la industria alimentaria, a saber a un electroplasmolizador de materia prima vegetal. El objetivo de la invención es la intensificación de la plasmólisis. El electroplasmolizador para la materia prima vegetal posee un cuerpo dieléctrico cilíndrico 1 con electrodos planos situados dentro por parejas 4, luego cada pareja se ha colocado a una distancia igual una de otra y se desplaza por el perímetro a 90 o 120 grados, además, éste posee parejas adicionales de electrodos 5, situados entre los electrodos planos 4, además cada electrodo adicional 5 se ha hecho de dos placas 6, curvas junto a la base en forma de arcos simétricos con un radio, igual a la distancia entre los electrodos planos 4 y adicionales 5, y la distancia entre los electrodos adicionales 5 es igual a la distancia entre los electrodos planos 4 y adicionales 5.
