Abstract

Se propone un procedimiento de obtención y purificación del 1-(5-bromofur-2-il)-2-bromo-2-nitroeteno en un paso de reacción a partir de 1-(fur-2-il)-2-nitroeteno con adecuado rendimiento y alta pureza, lo cual garantiza su empleo como principio activo en la industria médico-farmacéutica humana y veterinaria. El producto demostró efectividad en ensayos "in vitro", en animales de experimentación y en humanos frente a bacterias gram negativas, gram positivas, bacterias superiores, escotobacterias, hongos gemantes monomórficos y hongos filamentosos monomórficos. Con numerosos ejemplos se fundamenta la acción microcida del producto como principio activo de varios formulados en desarrollo para uso humano y veterinario para el tratamiento de diversas afecciones.
