Abstract
La presente invención está relacionada con la rama de microbiología, y forma parte de un sistema para el diagnóstico rápido microbiológico. El objetivo fundamental de esta invención es detectar en términos de transmitancia óptica, los cambios de turbidez debido al crecimiento microbiano en muestras procedentes de animales, plantas y sus secreciones, con aplicación fundamental en la clínica humana y veterinaria. La invención consiste de un equipo que incluye dos dispositivos fundamentales: un minilecto turbidimétrico estático y un sensor a microflujo accionado por una bomba peristáltica y acoplado a una microcomputadora con un paquete de programas para la adquisición, procesamiento y creación de bases de datos para generar los reportes necesarios, así como con el método para su explotación óptima.
