Abstract
Se describe un transformador o inductor de fuerza. The winding (31) of the transformer / inductor is constructed by a flexible conductor (38) that has means for containing the electric field that force the electric field, due to the electric current in the winding (31), to be contained within the insulating layer of the flexible conductor (38). The thickness of the insulating layer of the flexible condctor (38) is adapted such that the dielectric stress (33) is constant throughout the length of the winding. The cross-sectional area of the insulating layer of the flexible conduit (38) is thus optimized, providing a transformer / inductor design with a high space factor (Figure 3).
