Equipo para la medición de fluoocescia y absorbanciade muestras líquidas.En la medición de fluorescencia las muestras se colocan en placas de 96 pocillos con pocillos cónicos de capacidad 5-30 microlitros, hechos de material blanco opaco lo que aumenta la eficiencia del sistema y reduce la propagación de luces parásitas entre pocillos adyacentes.En la medición de absorbancia las muestras se colocan en placas de 96 pocillos de fondo transparente.El sistema óptico posee varios canales lo cual permite la medición simultánea en varios pocillos con muestras. En la fluorescencia esto se muestra mediante el empleo de una fuente de luz de descarga gaseosa que permite la excitación uniforme de varios pocillos a la vez .En la absorbancia la medición en múltiples canales se logra a partir de un haz flexible de fibras ópticas que divide la luz en la cantidad de canales necesarios. Las caracteristícas del equipo permiten la rapidez de la medición, la versatibilidad de su empleo y el ahorro de reactivos en la lectura de fluorescencia debido al pequeno volumen de muestra empleado.Equipment for the measurement of fluocescia and absorbance of liquid samples.
