Abstract
La presente invención se refiere al procedimiento para obtener IgG (anticuerpos policlonales) utilizando antígenos de diferentes especies en carneros y conejos, luego de identifican cada animal se utiliza un ejemplar para cada inmunógeno empleando un esquema de inmunizacíón de larga duración y concentraciones de proteínas adecuadas. En el momento adecuado se realizan extracciones de sangre. Se procesa hasta obtener el suero, posterior a su clarificación se somete a un proceso de purificación con Sulfato de Amonio, seguidamente la desalinización mediante un proceso de diálisis. Estos sueros son utilizados como medio de diagnóstico en los métodos de inmunodifusión radial, electroforesis en gel de agar y en la contrainmunoelectroforesis donde se conjuga el principio de la electroforesis y las reacciones antígeno - anticuerpo en medio gelificado.The present invention relates to the process for obtaining IgG (polyclonal antibodies) using antigens of different species in rams and rabbits, after identifying each animal a copy is used for each immunogen using a long-term immunization scheme and adequate protein concentrations.
