Abstract
La presente invencion se relaciona con la Industria de Pulpa y Papel, en particular con la produccion de papeles artísticos. Procedimiento para la produccion de papel para impresiones artísticas, en mAquina de papel, con altas propiedades de resistencia mecAnica, imprimibilidad y una durabilidad mayor de 500 anos, mediante una sola línea de procesamiento y molida de pulpas, lo cual simplifica significativamente el proceso, disminuye los tiempos de molida, abarata los costos y disminuye el consumo de energía del proceso. La novedad de la invencion, radica en ela molida conjunta en una sola línea de refinacion, con refinadores conicos y de discos en serie, de las dos pulpas que constituyen la mezcla fibrosa, una de las cuales estA constituida por pulpa de algodon o de línter de algodon, mediante la adicion previa a la mezcla, de carboximetilcelulosa de sodio, en concentracion entre 0,5 y 0.8 %. La otra pulpa puede ser de especies maderables o de fibras anuales. El papel obtenido por este procedimiento, se puede emplear en la reproduccion de obras de arte por diferentes tÉcnicas de impresion y reproduccion para dibujo y acuarela.The present invention relates to the Pulp and Paper Industry, in particular with the production of artistic papers. Procedure for the production of paper for artistic prints, in paper machines, with high mechanical resistance, printability and durability of more than 500 years, through a single processing and pulp milling line, which significantly simplifies the process, decreases grounding times, lower costs and reduce the energy consumption of the process. The novelty of the invention lies in the joint ground in a single line of refinement, with conical refiners and serial discs, of the two pulps that constitute the fibrous mixture, one of which is constituted by cotton pulp or liner of cotton, by means of the previous addition to the mixture, of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, in a concentration between 0.5 and 0.8%. The other pulp can be of timber species or annual fibers. The paper obtained by this procedure can be used in the reproduction of works of art by different printing and reproduction techniques for drawing and watercolor.
