Abstract

Un método para la obtención de minicírculos replicativos de ADN con vistas a ser empleados para transferencia génica en células de organismos eucariontes con fines terapéuticos o vacunales, o como inmunomoduladores de tipo ADN. El método en cuestión permite generar los vectores mencionados a partir de hospederos bacterianos, carentes de casi cualquier secuencia no terapéutica y con las secuencias mínimas condicionales imprescindibles para su replicación.A method for obtaining replicative DNA mini-circles with a view to being used for gene transfer in cells of eukaryotic organisms for therapeutic or vaccination purposes, or as DNA-type immunomodulators. The method in question allows generating the aforementioned vectors from bacterial hosts, lacking almost any non-therapeutic sequence and with the minimum conditional sequences essential for their replication.
