Abstract
Se describe un procedimiento y un dispositivo para tratar un aceite mineral, para incrementar la porción de fracciones de bajo punto de ebullición. Adicionalmente, se divulga un procedimiento para ajustar un punto de operación de un generador de ondas de presión para tratar un líquido, en particular un aceite mineral. El tratamiento comprende generar ondas de presión que tienen una primera frecuencia, someter el líquido a dichas ondas de presión en una zona de aplicación y alimentar el líquido así tratado a un tanque. Al menos un conducto a través del cual fluye el líquido tratado y dispuesto inmediatamente a continuación de dicha zona de aplicación es excitado a oscilaciones de una segunda frecuencia, la cual es la frecuencia de resonancia del sistema excitado.
