Abstract
<p>Se describe una proteína pesticida que presenta actividad tóxica contra especies de plagas de lepidópteros y que comprende la SEQ ID NO:4. Se proporcionan construcciones de ADN que contienen una secuencia de ácido nucleico recombinante, que comprende la SEQ ID NO: 3 y que codifica la proteína pesticida descrita. Dichas construciones de ADN se encuentran en células hospedadoras bacterianas del tipo <em>Bacillus thuringiensis</em> o <em>Escherichia coli</em>.<br /> </p>
