Abstract
<p>Se describe una composición vacunal caracterizada porque comprende un polipéptido mutado de interleucina-15 humana identificado como SEQ ID NO: 1 en una concentración de 200-500 µg y un adyuvante vacunal, seleccionado de sales de aluminio a 1,8 mg/mL o de tipo oleoso en una relación 50:50 (v/v). La composición se emplea para la inmunoterapia activa de enfermedades relacionadas con la sobre-expresión de la IL-15 entre las que se encuentran algunas enfermedades autoinmunes y neoplasias hematológicas.</p>
