Abstract

<p>La presente invención describe nuevas entidades peptídicas sintéticas que combaten microorganismos patógenos de naturaleza bacteriana, y que se presentan como microorganismos multirresistentes a antibióticos convencionales. Estas entidades muestran además, que el diseño racional basado en estructura, permite obtener en una misma estructura varias actividades favorables en un ambiente infeccioso como son, la actividad anti-LPS y la actividad moduladora de citocinas inflamatorias inducidas por lipopolisacáridos en un cultivo de sangre total.</p>
