Abstract

Aparato y método para limpiar cana de azúcar que esté por lo menos parcialmente cortada y que consiste en pasar un aparato que está instalado detrás de un vehículo propulsor, por un plantón de cana; el aparato realiza las etapas sucesivas de recoger el plantón, levantarlo del suelo en el que se encuentra, halando las canas individualmente del plantón y dirigiéndolas en sentido opuesto a la dirección de desplazamiento del vehículo.
