Abstract
Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε τσιρότα για τη προφύλαξη και/ή τη θεραπεία δυσλειτουργιών ή διαταραχών των νυχιών, ειδικά της ονυχομυκητίασης, της ονυχοκρύπτωσης, της ψωρίασης των νυχιών, της ραβδωτής μελανωνυχίας, και της ονυχοδυστροπίας, στη χρήση των εν λόγω τσιρότων και μεθόδων για τη προφύλαξη και/ή τη θεραπεία μιας δυσλειτουργίας ή διαταραχής των νυχιών χρησιμοποιώντας τα εν λόγω τσιρότα. Η εν λόγω δυσλειτουργία ή διαταραχή των νυχιών μπορεί να επαχθεί ή προκληθεί από φάρμακα, συστημικές ασθένειες, χημικές ενώσεις, φυσικές επιδράσεις, μυκητιακή, ζύμης, ή βακτηριακή μόλυνση των νυχιών και/ή των κοιτών νυχιών, ή στο πλαίσιο ασθενειών του δέρματος. Το τσιρότο παρουσιάζει καλά θεραπευτικά αποτελέσματα στην εν λόγω δυσλειτουργία ή διαταραχή των νυχιών χωρίς την ανάγκη διάτρησης μιας οπής μέσα στο νύχι και/ή απόξεσης καθημερινά του νυχιού. Μία προτιμώμενη ενσωμάτωση του τσιρότου αποτελείται από μία αποφρακτική στιβάδα οπίσθιας κάλυψης και μία στιβάδα επαφής προσαρτημένη στην εν λόγω στιβάδα οπίσθιας κάλυψης. Η στιβάδα επαφής έρχεται σε στενή επαφή με το νύχι και προαιρετικά με το περιβάλλον δέρμα. Η στιβάδα επαφής κατασκευάζεται από μια κόλλα, ένα ενισχυτή διαπέρασης δέρματος και/ή νυχιών, και κατάλληλα πρόσθετα.
