Abstract
Η παρούσα εφεύρεση παρέχει απομονωμένα νουκλεϊκά οξέα που περιέχουν νουκλεοτιδικές αλληλουχίες κωδικεύουσες τροποποιητικά των ισοπρενοειδών ένζυμα, καθώς και ανασυνδυασμένους φορείς που περιέχουν τα νουκλεϊκά οξέα. Η παρούσα εφεύρεση περαιτέρω παρέχει γενετικώς τροποποιημένα κύτταρα-ξενιστές που περιέχουν ένα εν λόγω νουκλεϊκό οξύ ή ανασυνδυασμένο φορέα. Η παρούσα εφεύρεση περαιτέρω παρέχει ένα διαγονιδιακό φυτό που περιέχει ένα εν λόγω νουκλεϊκό οξύ.
