Abstract
Διάταξη συμπιεστή η οποία είναι εφοδιασμένη τουλάχιστον με έναν συμπιεστή με κοχλία (2) με έναν θάλαμο συμπίεσης (3) που σχηματίζεται από ένα περίβλημα συμπίεσης (4), με έναν κινητήρα μετάδοσης κίνησης (10) ο οποίος είναι εφοδιασμένος με έναν θάλαμο κινητήρα (12) που διαμορφώνεται από ένα περίβλημα κινητήρα (11) και με μία έξοδο (26) για την εκκένωση του πεπιεσμένου αέρα που συνδέεται σε ένα δοχείο υπό πίεση (32) δια μέσου ενός σωλήνα εξόδου (31), μία έξοδο αέρα (34) επί του δοχείου υπό πίεση (32), ένα σύστημα ελέγχου (30) εφοδιασμένο με μία βαλβίδα εισαγωγής (29) και έναν κρουνό ή βαλβίδα (36), ένα ρευστό (45) με το οποίο ψύχονται και λιπαίνονται τόσο ο κινητήρας μετάδοσης κίνησης (10) όσο και οι ρότορες συμπιεστή (5, 6), το δοχείο υπό πίεση (32) είναι εφοδιασμένο με έναν διαχωριστή ελαίου για να διαχωρίζει το μείγμα αέρα και ρευστού (45) σε δύο ροές, όπου το εν λόγω ρευστό (45) είναι ένα έλαιο και κατά τρόπον ώστε να συνδέονται το περίβλημα συμπίεσης (4) και το περίβλημα κινητήρα (11) απευθείας μεταξύ τους ώστε να σχηματισθεί ένα περίβλημα συμπιεστή (48), κατά τρόπον ώστε να μην είναι ο θάλαμος κινητήρα (12) και ο θάλαμος συμπίεσης (3) σφραγισμένοι μεταξύ τους και όπου ο σωλήνας εξόδου (31) μεταξύ του δοχείου υπό πίεση (32) και του συμπιεστή με κοχλία (2) είναι ελεύθερος από μέσα κλεισίματος, όπου έχει προβλεφθεί ένας σωλήνας επιστροφής ελαίου (40) στην έξοδο ελαίου (39) του δοχείου υπό πίεση (32), ο οποίος συνδέεται στον συμπιεστή με κοχλία (2) για την επανέγχυση ελαίου (45).
