Abstract

Vertikální hadicový balicí stroj obsahuje plnicí trubku (8) s tvarovacím límcem (4) pro formování ploché obalové folie (12) do tvaru foliové hadice (7), s podélnou uzavírací čelistí (9) a případně s podélnými hranovými čelistmi (22). Stroj dále obsahuje zařízení (5) posuvu foliové hadice (7) po plnicí trubce (8). Příčné svařovací čelisti (6) jsou výstupními tyčemi (17) propojeny s mechanismem (18) horizontálního pohybu příčných svařovacích čelistí (6). Vedení (20) vede vertikální pohyb příčných svařovacích čelistí (6) s mechanismem (18) po vodicích tyčích (21). Mechanismus (18) horizontálního pohybu příčných svařovacích čelistí (6) je uspořádán ve vertikálně pohyblivé mechanické skříni (19), pevně spojené s tímto mechanismem (18). Horní mechanická skříň (1) je nepohyblivě spojena s rámem (2) a obsahuje alespoň pohon zařízení (5) posuvu foliové hadice (7).

Vynalez se tÿka nového konstrukcniho reseni a prostorového uspofadani vybranÿch funkcnich celkù na vertikalnich hadicovÿch balicich strojich, zejména kontinualnich, které slouzi pro tvarovani, plneni a uzavirani rùznÿch typù hadicovÿch sackù. Reseni podle vynalezu vÿrazne usnadnuje myti a sanitaci stroje.
Dosavadni stav techniky
Kontinualni vertikalni hadicové balici stroje slouzi ke tvarovani, plneni a uzavirani hadicovÿch sackù. Strojem kontinualne prochazi obalova folie - v oblasti jejiho tvarovani do foliové hadice, jejiho plneni a jejiho uzavirani ve vertikalnim smeru. Pohyb folie zabezpecuji posuvové elementy - femeny nebo kola. Kontinualnimu pohybu obalové folie se museji pfizpùsobit i nekteré prvky stroje, které na ni pùsobi. Jedna se zejména pficné svafovaci celisti a tvarovaci nastroje slouzici ke skladani dna sackù. Ty vykonavaji v oblasti tvorby pficnÿch svarù a sklâdâni dna sackù soubezne vratnÿ vertikalni pohyb podél kontinualne se pohybujici foliové hadice a zaroven i horizontalni pohyb k sobe a od sebe.
U beznÿch kontinualnich vertikalnich hadicovÿch balicich strojù jsou pohony vsech techto pohybù ulozeny v jedné spolecné mechanické skfini. Vyvedeni vertikalniho pohybu pficnÿch svafovacich celisti ze spolecné mechanické skfine je vsak z hygienického hlediska velkÿ problém. Skrz celni desku spolecné mechanické skfine museji bÿt vytvofeny drazky do prostoru tvorby pficnÿch svarù, zpravidla tfi az pet, kterÿmi prochazeji tyce, na kterÿch jsou namontovany pficné svafovaci celisti. Drazky maji délku fadove ve stovkach mm a sifku fadove v desitkach mm. Hygienicky uspokojivé zpùsoby jejich zakryti nejsou znamy. Nasledkem toho dochazi ke znecisteni vnitfniho prostoru spolecné mechanické skfine prachem a/nebo balenÿm sypkÿm materialem. Vzhledem k clenitosti a choulostivosti zafizeni uvnitf spolecné mechanické skfine je jejich dostatecné cisteni znacne problematické.
Obecne jsou mechanismy vertikalnich hadicovÿch balicich strojù velmi clenité, a to i ty, které jsou umisteny v oblastech, kde hrozi jejich kontaminace balenÿmi produkty. Jejich cisteni z dùvodù hygienickÿch, nebo napf. z dùvodù odstraneni alergenù, je znacne pracné.
Uvedené nedostatky odstranuje feseni podle vynalezu.
Podstata vynalezu
Podstatou vynalezu je konstrukce vertikalniho hadicového baliciho stroje pro tvarovani, plneni a uzavirani hadicovÿch sackù. Stroj obsahuje zafizeni pro odvijeni ploché obalové folie, typicky z role. Stroj dale obsahuje plnici trubku, ktera je uspofadana (ve smeru pohybu odvinuté folie) za zafizenim pro odvijeni ploché obalové folie. Na plnici trubce je uspofadan tvarovaci limec pro formovani odvinuté ploché obalové folie do tvaru podélne neuzavfené foliové hadice. Pod tvarovacim limcem je na plnici trubce dale uspofadana podélna uzaviraci celist pro podélné uzavfeni foliové hadice. Uzavfenim se mysli svafeni pfekrÿvajiciho se materialu po vytvofeni podélne neuzavfené foliové hadice. Tim vznikne (uzavfena) foliova hadice, ktera mùze bÿt dale delena pficnÿmi svary a plnena zbozim. Dale mùze bÿt uzita jedna nebo vice podélnÿch hranovÿch celisti pro fixaci podélnÿch vÿztuznÿch hran. Podélné celisti (uzaviraci i hranové) mohou bÿt pevné
- 1 CZ 2023 - 40 A3 nebo vertikalne pohyblivé. Vsechny podélné celisti vytvareji svary, které jsou rovnobezné s podélnou osou plnici trubky, resp. foliové hadice.
Stroj dale obsahuje zarizeni posuvu foliové hadice po plnici trubce od tvarovaciho limce k podélnÿm uzaviracim a hranovÿm celistem a k pricnÿm svarovacim celistem, které jsou usporadané pod plnici trubkou. Pricné svarovaci celisti jsou usporadany pro tvorbu pricnÿch svarù, které uzaviraji a oddeluji jednotlivé hadicové sacky od foliové hadice.
Pricné svarovaci celisti jsou vÿstupnimi tycemi propojeny s mechanismem horizontalniho pohybu pricnÿch svarovacich celisti. Soucasti mechanismu horizontalniho pohybu pricnÿch svarovacich celisti je nejméne jedno vedeni vertikalniho pohybu pricnÿch svarovacich celisti. Pricné svarovaci celisti jsou timto vedenim spolecne s mechanismem horizontalniho pohybu pricnÿch svarovacich celisti vertikalne pohyblivé po nejméne jedné vodici tyci. Vodici tyc nebo tyce jsou pevne spojené s ramem. Mechanismus horizontalniho pohybu pricnÿch svarovacich celisti je usporadan ve vertikalne pohyblivé mechanické skrini. Vertikalne pohybliva mechanicka skrin je s mechanismem horizontalniho pohybu pricnÿch svarovacich celisti pevne spojena. To v tomto pripade zejména znamena, ze nejsou vùci sobe vertikalne pohyblivé.
Stroj dale obsahuje horni mechanickou skrin. Ta obsahuje alespon pohon zarizeni posuvu foliové hadice a je nepohyblive spojena s ramem. Vertikalne pohybliva mechanicka skrin je tak vùci horni mechanické skrini vertikalne pohybliva stejne tak, jako jsou pricné svarovaci celisti vertikalne pohyblivé vùci plnici trubce.
Soucasti pricnÿch svarovacich celisti mohou bÿt nastroje pro skladani dna sackù, které jsou znamé ze stavu techniky. Jejich pohon je v tom pripade také usporadan ve vertikalne pohyblivé mechanické skrini.
Podstatou vynalezu je tedy nahrada jedné spolecné mechanické skrine dvema mechanickÿmi skrinemi. Jedna se o horni mechanickou skrin, ktera je pevne spojena s ramem stroje, a spodni mechanickou skrin, ktera je vùci horni mechanické skrini i vùci ramu stroje vertikalne pohybliva. Tyto skrine obsahuj i vetsinu mechanismù stroj e a maj i jednoduché a hladké vnej si tvary, takze j sou snadno cistitelné.
Horni mechanicka skrin obsahuje vsechny prvky a pohony jako pùvodni mechanicka skrin dle stavu techniky, s vÿjimkou mechanismu horizontalniho pohybu pricnÿch svarovacich celisti a pripadne i pohonu tvarovacich nastrojù pro skladani dna sackù. Mezi obsazené prvky spada pohon zarizeni posuvu foliové hadice, dale pak zejména rùzné mechanické, pneumatické a elektrické prvky pro rizeni a vykonâvâni funkce stroje. Zejména se mùze jednat o pohon vertikalniho pohybu mechanismu horizontalniho pohybu pricnÿch svarovacich celisti, vÿvevu, pneumatické ventily, pohon vertikalniho a/nebo horizontalniho pohybu podélnÿch celisti apod. Spodni, vertikalne pohybliva mechanicka skrin, obsahuje mechanismus horizontalniho pohybu pricnÿch svarovacich celisti a pripadne i pohon tvarovacich nastrojù pro skladani dna sackù. Lze uvazovat i provedeni, ve kterém bude pohon vertikalniho pohybu mechanismu horizontalniho pohybu pricnÿch svarovacich celisti usporadanÿ ve spodni mechanické skrini.

Pnklad uskutecneni vynâlezu
Vertikâlni hadicovÿ balici stroj pro tvarovâni, plneni a uzavirâni hadicovÿch sâckù 11 obsahuje zafizeni 3 pro odvijeni pioché obalové folie 12 z role 13. Stroj dale obsahuje plnici trubku 8. Na plnici trubce 8 je uspofâdân tvarovaci limec 4 pro formovâni odvinuté pioché obalové folie 12 do tvaru foliové hadice 7. Dale je na plnici trubce 8 uspofâdâna jedna podélnâ uzaviraci celist 9 pro podélné uzavfeni foliové hadice 7. Podélna uzaviraci celist 9 je v tomto pnpade pevnâ (tj., neni vertikâlne pohyblivâ).
Stroj dale obsahuje zafizeni 5 posuvu foliové hadice 7 po plnici trubce 8 od tvarovaciho limce 4 k podélné uzaviraci celisti 9 a k pficnÿm svafovacim celistem 6, které jsou uspofâdané pod plnici trubkou 8 (tj. ve smeru sipky 10).
Plnici trubka 8 obecne mùze mit rùzné tvary pncného prùfezu, napf. kruhovÿ (viz obr. 1) nebo ctyfùhelnikovÿ (viz obr. 2). V pfipade ctyfùhelnikového prùrezu mùze bÿt plnici trubka 8 na tfech svÿch rozich opatfena tfemi podélnÿmi hranovÿmi celistmi 22 pro tvorbu podélnÿch vÿztuznÿch hran 23 hadicového sacku 11. Na ctvrtém rohu plnici trubky 8 je pak uspofâdâna podélna uzaviraci celist 9. Podélnÿ svar na foliové hadici zde plni funkci podélné vÿztuzné hrany 23. Vÿhodou tohoto uspofâdâni hadicového sacku 11 jsou hladké steny, které mohou bÿt pouzity pro reklamni potisk.
Pficné svafovaci celisti 6 jsou vÿstupnimi tycemi 17 propojeny s mechanismem 18 horizontâlniho pohybu pficnÿch svafovacich celisti 6. Soucastmi mechanismu 18 horizontâlniho pohybu pficnÿch svafovacich celisti 6 jsou dve vedeni 20 vertikâlniho pohybu pficnÿch svafovacich celisti 6 a mechanismu 18 horizontâlniho pohybu pficnÿch svafovacich celisti 6 po vodicich tycich 21 pevne spojenÿch s râmem 2. Mechanismus 18 horizontâlniho pohybu pficnÿch svafovacich celisti 6 je umisten ve vertikâlne pohyblivé mechanické skfini 19. Ta je pevne spojenâ s timto mechanismem 18 horizontâlniho pohybu pficnÿch svafovacich celisti 6. Soucâsti pficnÿch svafovacich celisti 6 jsou nâstroje 14 pro sklâdâni dna hadicovÿch sâckù 11. Pohon techto nâstrojù 14 je uspofâdân ve vertikâlne pohyblivé mechanické skfini 19.
Zafizeni dâle obsahuje horni mechanickou skfin 1, kterâ mimo jiné obsahuje pohon zafizeni 5 posuvu foliové hadice 7, elektrické rozvody stroje, pohon vertikâlniho pohybu vertikâlne pohyblivé mechanické skfine 19 a mechanismu 18 horizontâlniho pohybu pficnÿch svafovacich celisti 6, vÿvevu a pneumatické ventily. Horni mechanickâ skfin 1 je nepohyblive spojena s râmem 2.

Vertikâlni hadicovÿ balici stroj pro tvarovâni, plneni a uzavirâni hadicovÿch sâckù (11) obsahujici zarizeni (3) pro odvijeni pioché obalové folie (12) a plnici trubku (8), na niz jsou usporâdâny tvarovaci limec (4) pro formovâni odvinuté pioché obalové folie (12) do tvaru foliové hadice (7) a nejméne jedna podélnâ uzaviraci celist (9) pro podélné uzavreni foliové hadice (7), a dale obsahujici zarizeni (5) posuvu foliové hadice (7) po plnici trubce (8) od tvarovaciho limce (4) k podélné uzaviraci celisti (9) a k pricnÿm svarovacim celistem (6) usporâdanÿm pod plnici trubkou (8), pricemz pricné svarovaci celisti (6) jsou vÿstupnimi tycemi (17) propojeny s mechanismem (18) horizontalniho pohybu pricnÿch svarovacich celisti (6), kde soucasti mechanismu (18) horizontalniho pohybu pricnÿch svarovacich celisti (6) je nejméne jedno vedeni (20) vertikalniho pohybu pricnÿch svarovacich celisti (6) s mechanismem (18) horizontalniho pohybu pricnÿch svarovacich celisti (6) po nejméne jedné vodici tyci (21) pevne spojené s ramem (2), a dale obsahujici horni mechanickou sknn (1), ktera obsahuje alespon pohon zarizeni (5) posuvu foliové hadice (7) a je nepohyblive spojena s ramem (2), vyznacujici se tim, ze mechanismus (18) horizontalniho pohybu pncnÿch svarovacich celisti (6) je usporâdân ve vertikâlne pohyblivé mechanické skrini (19), pevne spojené s timto mechanismem (18), pricemz pohon mechanismu (18) vertikalniho pohybu pricnÿch svarovacich celisti (6) s mechanismem (18) horizontalniho pohybu pncnÿch svarovacich celisti (6) a s vertikalne pohyblivou mechanickou skrini (19) je usporâdân v horni mechanické skrini (1) a/nebo vertikâlne pohyblivé mechanické skrini (19).
2. Vertikâlni hadicovÿ balici stroj podle nâroku 1, vyznacujici se tim, ze soucâsti pricnÿch svarovacich celisti (6) jsou nâstroje (14) pro sklâdâni dna hadicovÿch sâckù (11) a jejich pohon je usporâdân ve vertikâlne pohyblivé mechanické skrini (19).
3. Vertikâlni hadicovÿ balici stroj podle nâroku 1 nebo 2, vyznacujici se tim, ze na plnici trubce (8) je dâle usporâdâna nejméne jedna podélnâ hranovâ celist (22) pro vytvoreni nejméne jedné podélné vÿztuzné hrany (23) na foliové hadici (7).
