Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von N'-Phenyl-N-methylharnstoff-Derivaten der allgemeinen Forrael I, in der die Reste R,, R2f R^, n, X, Y und Z die im Erfindunganspruch angegebene Bedeutung haben. Diese Verbindungen sind Pestizide, die zur Bekämpfung von Unkraut und Pilzbefall Verwendung finden. - Formel I
Description
Die Anwendung der vorliegenden Erfindung erfolgt auf dem Gebiet der Pestizide zur Bekämpfung von Unkraut und Pilzbefall.
Es ist bekannt, daß Harnst off verb indungen 9 wie NT-*f-Chlorphenyl-NjN-dime thy lharns to.ff (Monuron) und N f-3,1I-DiChIOrphenyl-NjN-diinethylharnstoff (Diuron), eine starke herbizide Wirkung aufweisen. Es ist weiterhin bekannt, daß die herbizide Wirkung dieser Harnstoffverbindungen darauf beruht, daß sie die Photosynthese hemmen» Die Photosynthese ist ein höherer den pflanzen eigener physiologischer Vorgang, der in.Säugetieren nicht erfolgt. Dementsprechend läßt sich mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit sagen, daß bestimmte Inhibitoren des photosynthetischen
Prozesses Säugetieren keinen wesentlichen Schaden zufügen, jedoch höhere Pflanzen vernichten. Tatsächlich weisen Inhibitoren der Photosynthese, wie Monuron, Diuron und 5-Brom-3-sek.-butyluracil (Bromacil), eine niedrige Toxizität gegenüber Säugetieren auf. Die meisten dieser Inhibitoren wirken je- doch nicht selektiv und schädigen auch die Nutzpflanzen. Selektive Herbizide lassen sich nicht durch theoretische, systematische Überlegungen finden.
Es wurden umfangreiche Untersuchungen angestellt, um Herbizide der gewünschten Wirkung zu finden. Beispielsweise zeigt aus der Reihe der Harnstoffderivate der Nt-3i 1i~Dichlorphenyl-N-methoxy-N-methylharnstoff (Linuron) eine hohe Selektivität gegenüber den Umbelliferae Arten, jedoch geht beim Ersatz der Methoxygruppe des Linurons durch eine Methyl- oder Äthylgruppe die Selektivität gegenüber den gleichen Pflanzen vollständig verloren (vgl« Herbicide Handbook der "The Weed Science Society of America", 3. Auflage (1971J), S. 172 bis 176 und 221 bis 225)» Der Mechanismus der selektiven herbiziden Wirkung ist demnach äußerst speziell und eine geringe Veränderung der chemischen Struktur bewirkt eine große Verschiebung in Ausmaß

Ziel der Erfindung
Für wichtige Nutzpflanzen, wie Reis, Weizen, Mais, Sojabohnen, Baumwolle und Zuckerrüben ist die Verwendung von Herbiziden eine unentbehrliche Maßnahme zum Schutz vor Unkraut und damit zur Erhöhung der Ernteerträge» Dabei sollen diese Herbizide eine hohe Selektivität gegenüber Getreiden und eine starke herbizide Wirkung gegenüber Unkräutern sowie eine niedrige «Toxizität gegenüber Säugetieren aufweisen.

1 Darlegung des Wesens der Erfindung
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, neue Pestizide zur Bekämpfung von Unkraut und Pilzbefall zur Verfügung zu stellen, wobei die Nachteile des Standes der Technik durch eine selektive und starke herbizide Wirkung gegenüber Unkräutern ohne Schädigung der Nutzpflanzen und durch eine fungizide Wirkung überwunden werden sollen. ......

Bevorzugt sind Harnstoffderivate der allgemeinen Formel I, in der R1 eine Methyl- oder Methoxygruppe und R2 ein Wasserstoff- =' atom bedeuten, R~ gleich oder verschieden ist und ein Halogenatom, eine Trifluormethylgruppe oder einen Niederalkyl-, Niederalkoxy- oder Niederalkylthiorest bedeutet, η eine ganze Zahl von 0 bis 5 darstellt, X ein Wasserstoffatom, Y ein Sauerstoffatom und Z eine Methylen- oder Äthylengruppe bedeutet,
Besonders bevorzugt sind N'-S-Phenäthyloxyphenyl-N/N-dimethylharnstoff, N '-3-/2- (2-Methylphenyl) -äthoxyy-phenyl-N-methoxy-N-methylharnstoff, Nf-3-/"2- (4-Methylphenyl) ~äthoxy_7-phenyl-N,N-dimethylharnstoff und N'-3-/3-(2-Methylphenyl)-propoxy7~ phenyl-N-methoxy-N-methy!harnstoff.
Es wurden Harnstoffderivate auch auf Toxizität gegenüber Säugetieren und starke herbizide Wirkung mit verbesserter Selektivitat untersucht. Es wurde gefunden, daß die Harnstoffderivate der allgemeinen Formel I eine starke herbizide Wirkung gegenüber vielen Unkräutern durch Hemmung der Photosynthese aufweisen und zudem eine hohe Selektivi-

Die Harnstoffderivate der allgemeinen Formel I zeigen eine starke herbizide Wirkung gegenüber einem großen Bereich von

Dabei zeigen die Verbindungen eine hohe Selektivität gegenüber Reispflanzen. ,Die Harnstoffderivate der allgemeinen Formel I zeigen auch starke herbizide Wirkung gegenüber einer Vielzahl" von Unkräutern des Hochlandes bei der Nachauflauf-Behandlung. Beispiele für Feldunkräuter sind breitblättrige Unkräuter, wie Spitzklette (Xanthium penn- . sylvanicum), gemeine Sonnenblume (Helianthus annuus), rauhhaariger, gemeiner Fuchsschwanz (Amaranthus retroflexus), weißer Gänsefuß (Chenopodium album), Prunkwinde (annual morningglory) (Ipomoea purpurea), Stechapfel (Datura stramonium), schwarzer Nachtschatten (Solanum nigrum), dornige Sammetpappel (Sida splnosa), Cassia obtusifolia (sicklepod), Portulak (Portulaca oleracea), Knöterich (Polygonum sp.), dreilappige Ambrosie (Ambrosia trifida), gute Art (Abutilon theophrasti)s Hirtentäschel (Capselia bursa-pastoris), Cardamine flexuosa (bitter cress sp.), Vogelmiere (Stellaria media)s. Die Harnstoffderivate der allgemeinen Formel I ha- /
ben eine Strukturähnlichkeit mit dem in der US-PS 3 819 697 beschriebenen NI-(3-Benzyloxyphenyl)-NlN-dimethylharnstoff, der nachstehend als Kontrollverbindung (a) bezeichnet wird» Wie die Beispiele zeigen, weisen die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen eine signifikant stärkere, herbizide Wirkung gegenüber der Kontrollverbindung (a) auf. Die herbizide Wirkung wird also bemerkens- wert verbessert, wenn die -CHp-Kette der Benzylgruppe in der Kontrollverbindung (a) verlängert wird, mit anderen Worten, wenn man die Benzylgruppe durch einen Phenyl-Co Q-Alkylrest, wie eine Phenäthyl-, Phenylpropyl-, Phenylbutyl- oder Phenylnonylgruppe/Oder einen Sauerstoff ' oder Schwefel enthaltenden Phenyl-Cg.-CgT.Alkylrest, wie die Phenoxyäthyl-, Phenylthioäthyl- oder Phenoxypropylgruppe, ersetzt.
Weiterhin wurde überraschend gefunden, daß die Selektivität und/oder herbizide Wirkung der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen durch die Einführung eines Substituenten im Benzolring erhöht wird. ' ... . '

Natürlich können die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen aufgrund ihrer starken herbiziden Wirkung auch im Gartenbau eingesetzt werden. ... . · ·.···.-...
Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel 1 verhindern und hemmen auch Erkrankungen an Feldfrüchten und Obst bäumen, die durch verschiedene phytopathogene Pilze, wie Mahl« tau an Äpfeln, Weintrauben, Orangen, Gurken, Melonen, Weizen etc., falscher Mehltau an Weintrauben, Orangen, Gurken, Melonen etc., Gelbsucht an Hackfrüchten und Rost an Weizen, Bohnen etc. verursacht v/erden. Die erf indungs gemäßen Verbindungen verhindern und hemmen insbesondere durch Puccinla striiformis verursachten Rost, wie Gelbrost an Gerste und Weizen, durch Puccinia graminis verursachten Stengelrost an Gerste und Weizen^
-ιοί durch Puccinia recondita verursachten Blattrost an Weizen, durch Puccinia coronata verursachten Kronenro.st an Hafer, durch Üromyees sojae verursachten Rost an Sojabohnen, durch Uromyces appendiculatus verursachten Rost an weißen Bohnen und durch Hemileia vastatrix verursachten Rost an Kaffee. Verglichen mit ;S üblichen Fungiziden zeichnen ,sich die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen dadurch aus, daß sie nicht nur eine vorbeugende sondern auch eine heilende Wirkung ausüben. . ·
Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen finden insbesondere als Fungizide Verwendung beim Anbau von Feldreis, Hochlandreis, Baumwolle, Sojabohnen, Mais, Weizen und Gerste, wobei die Verbindungen sowohl eine herbizide als auch eine fungizide Wirkung . entfalten.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I können nach folgenden Verfahren hergestellt werden:
a) Umsetzung eines Phenylisocyanats der allgemeinen Formel II
mit Monomethylamin, Dimethylamln oder N,0-Dimethylhydroxylamin.
Die Umsetzung kann in einem organischen Lösungsmittel, wie Bsnzolj Toluol, Xylol, Diäthyläther, Tetrahydrofuran, Dioxans N,N-DimethyIformamid£ Chloroform oder Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, und/oder Wasser durchgeführt werden», Die Reaktion erfolgt im allgemeinen innerhalb von 1 bis 10 Stunden bei einer Temperatur

von 0 bis 50 C, wobei das Endprodukt in hohen Ausbeuten erhaltei wird.
b) Methylierung eines Nf-Phenyl-N-hydroxyharnstoffs der allgameinen Formel III

Beispiele für geeignete Methylierungsmittel sind Methyljodid, Dimethylsulfat und Diazomethan. Wird Dimethylsulfat eingesetzt, so kann die Umsetzung in einem Lösungsmittel in Gegenwart von Alkali erfolgen. Beispiele für Alkali sind Natriumhydroxid und Kaliumhydroxid; Beispiele für das Lösungsmittel sind organische Lösungsmittel, wie Benzol, Toluol, Xylol,. Methanol, Äthanol, Isopropanol, Diäthyläther, Tetrahydrofuran, Dioxan und Methylenchlorid, und/oder V/asser. Vorzugsweise erfolgt die Umsetzung in Gegenwart eines Phasentransferkatalysators, wie Benzyltriäthylammoniumchlorid oder Tetra-n-butylammoniumbromid. Im allgemeinen erfolgt die Umsetzung innerhalb von 1 bis 10 Stunden bei einer Temperatur von 0 bis 1000C, wobei das Endprodukt in
25 hohen Ausbeuten erhalten wird.
c) Umsetzung eines Anilinderivats der allgemeinen Formel IV

Diese Umsetzung wird in einem organischen Lösungsmittel, wie Benzol, ToIuOl3 Xylol, Diäthyläther, Tetrahydrofuran, Dioxan, ..Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoffs Äthylacetat, Pyridin oder Dimethylformamid, durchgeführt. Bei Verwendung eines Dehydro-Chlorierungsmittels, wie Pyridin, Triäthylamin, Natriumhydro- . xid oder Kaliumhydroxid können die Ausbeuten erhöht werden. Die~ Umsetzung erfolgt im allgemeinen innerhalb von 1 bis 10 Stunden bei einer Temperatur von .0 bis 1500C, wobei das Endprodukt in hohen Ausbeuten erhalten wird, 10

5. Das im Verfahren (a) eingesetzte Phenylisocyanat der allgemeinen Formel II kann durch Umsetzung eines Anilinderivats der all gemeinen Formel IV mit Phosgen hergestellt werden. Das im Verfahren (b) eingesetzte N'-Phenyl-N-hydroxyharnstoffderivat der allgemeinen Formel III kann durch Umsetzung des Phenylisocyanates der allgemeinen Formel II (das wiederum durch Umsetzung des entsprechenden Anilinderivats der allgemeinen Formel IV und Phosgen erhalten wird) und Hydroxylamin erhalten werden.
Die Ausführungsbeispiele erläutern die Erfindung.

Eine Lösung von 5,2 g 3-Z2-(.3-Methoxyphenyl)-äthoxy7-phehyl·- isocyanat in 100 ml Benzol wird mit einer Lösung von 2 g N?Q» Dimethy!hydroxylamin und 50 ml Benzol tropfenweise bei Tempera».
türen unterhalb 30 C versetzt. Das Reaktionsgemisch wird für JC Minuten bei Raumtemperatur stehengelassen. Anschließend wird das Lösungsmittel unter vermindertem Druck entfernt. Dsr Rückstand wird aus Äthanol umkristallisiert. Eine Lösung von 15 g 3-Phenäthyloxyphenylisocyanat in 200 ml Benzol wird mit einer Lösung von 6 g Dimethylamin in 100 ml Benzol tropfenweise bei Temperaturen von unterhalb 300C versetzt. Das Reaktionsgemisch wird 1 Stunde bei Raumtemperatur stehengelassen* Anschließend wird das Lösungsmittel unter vermindertem Druck entfernt. Der Rückstand wird aus Äthanol umkristallisiert. Es werden 13,6 g Nf-3-Phenäthyloxyphenyl-N3N~ dime thylharnstoff (Verbindung Nr. 2) als weiße. Nadeln vom F* 100 bis 101°C erhalten.

Eine Lösung von 10 g 3-Z^-(4-Chlorphenyl)-äthoxy7-phenylisocyanat in 150 ml Benzol wird mit einer Lösung von Monomethylamin in 100 ml Benzol tropfenweise bei Temperaturen unterhalb von 300C versetzt» Das Reaktionsgemisch wird 1 Stunde bei Raumtemperatur stehengelassen» Anschließend wird das Lösungsmittel unter.vermindertem Druck entfernt» Der Rückstand wird aus Äthanol umkristallisiert. (Verfahren b) .
Eine Lösung von 5 g Hydroxylaminhydrochlorid und 2,8 g Natriumhydroxid in 10 ml Wasser wird mit einer Lösung von 1),8 g 3-Phenäthyloxyphenylisocyanat in SO ml Methylenchlorid tropfenweise bei einer Temperatur von unterhalb 200C versetzt. Die aus gefallenen Kristalle werden abfiltriert und getrocknet. Es werden 1I g N'-3-Phenäthyloxyphenyl-N-hydroxyharnstoff erhalten.
Eine Lösung von 4 g des Hydroxyharnstoffderivats in 150 ml eine Gemisches von Benzol und Methanol (1 : 1) wird abwechselnd mit 2,8 ml Dimethylsulfat und 6 ml einer lOn-wäßrigen Lösung von Natriumhydroxid bei einer Temperatur von unterhalb 300C versetzt. Nach Rühren bei Raumtemperatur wird die Reaktionslö» sung mit Wasser verdünnt und mit Benzol extrahiert. Das Lösungsmittel wird unter vermindertem Druck aus dem Extrakt entfernt und der Rückstand aus Äthanol umkristallisiert. Es werden lf8 g N'-3~Phenäthyloxyphenyl-N-methoxy-N-methylharnstoff (Verbindung Nr. 1) als weiße Prismen vom P. 82,0 bis 82,5°C erhalten.

Eine Lösung von 7 g HydroxylaminhydroChlorid und 4 g Natrium« hydroxid in 15 ml Wasser wird mit einer Lösung von 15 g ,3-(IJ-Chlorphenäthylthio)-phenylisocyanat in 50 ml Methylendhlorid tropfenweise bei Temperaturen von unterhalb 200C versetzt. Nach
dem Verdünnen mit Wasser werden die ausgefällten Kristalle ab~ 15
filtriert und getrocknet. Es'werden 16,3 g N'-3-(1*-Chlorphenäthylthio)-phenyl-N-hydroxyharnstoff erhalten. Anschließend werden 16,3 g des Hydroxyhamstoffderivats in einem Gemisch von Benzol und Methanol (1 : 1) gelöst und mit 10 ml einer JLOnwäßrigen Natriuinhydroxidlösung und 12 g Dimethylsulfat tropfenweise bei Temperaturen von unterhalb 30 C Versetzt. Nach dem Rühren bei Raumtemperatur wird das Reaktionsgemisch mit Wasser verdünnt und mit Benzol extrahiert. Das Lösungsmittel wird aus dem Extrakt unter vermindertem Druck entfernt und der Rückstand aus Äthanol umkristallisiert. Es werden 13,^ g N'-3"(4-ChIoT" phenäthylthio)-phenyl-N~methoxy-N-methylharnstoff (Verbindung Nr. 45) als weiße Nadeln vom F. 88 bis 89°C erhalten.

Es werden 24,5 g Nt-3-(2-Methylphenäthylthio)-phenyl-NfiN~dimethylharnstoff (Verbindung Nr.'38)-als weiße Nadeln voflTF. 128 bis 129°C erhalten.

Das Reaktionsgemisch wird langsam erhitzt und 5 Stunden bei 1000C gehalten. Anschließend wird das Gemisch in Eiswasser gegossen j, die ausgefällten Kristalle werden abfiltriert, mit Wasser, Äthanol und anschließend mit Diäthyläther gewaschen, an der Luft getrocknet und aus Äthanol umkristallisiert. Es werden 27 g Nl-3-Z3-(4-Methylphenyl)-propoxy7~phenyl-N-methcxy-N-methylharnstoff (Verbindung Nr. 57) als weiße Nadeln vom F. 75 bis 76°C erhalten.

In den folgenden Vergleichsversuchen werden die erfindung3gemäßen Verbindungen bezüglich ihrer Phytotoxizität gegenüber Nutzpflanzen .und ihrer herbiziden Wirkung gegenüber Unkräutern untersucht. Dabei werden die oberirdischer. Teile. . .' ' der behandelten Versuchspflanzen abgeschnitten und gewogen; der Prozentsatz an Frischgewicht gegenüber dem unbehandelten Teil ~ wird berechnet. Die Phytotoxizität der Pflanzen und die herbizide Wirkung gegenüber Unkräutern werden in ganzen Zahlen zwischen 0 und 5 nach den nachstehend in der Tabelle aufgeführten Kriterien ausgedrückt. Die Bewertungsziffern 5 und 4 drücken eine zufriedenstellende Wirksamkeit hinsichtlich des Schutzes von Nutzpflanzen gegenüber Unkräutern aus» Bei Reisfeldern wurden die Bewertungsziffern nach dem Trockengewicht der Pflanzen berechnet.

1 Vergleichsversuch 1 (Test mit Feldreis)
Töpfe mit einer Fläche von 1/50 m werden jeweils mit 1,5 kg Feldreiserde gefüllt, die Samen von Unkräutern enthält und mit Wasser überschwemmt. In die Erde werden ReisSämlinge im dreiblättrigen Stadium gepflanzt und 5 Tage gezogen. Anschließend wird eine ausreichende Menge der jeweiligen Testverbindung als benetzbares Pulver mit Wasser verdünnt' und auf die überschwemmte Erde gegeben. Nach 25 -Tagen-wird die herbizide Wirkung und die Phytotoxizität an den Reispflanzen, an'Echinochloa crus-galli ( Hühnerhirse), an breitblättrigen Unkräutern,/. wie Monochoria vaginalis (pickerel weed), Linderna pysidaria (false pimpernel), Rotala indica (tooth cup) und Cyperus difformis (Cypergras) ,: untersucht» Die Ergebnisse sind in Tabelle I wiedergegeben»

Vergleichsversuch 2 (herbizide Aktivität bei Nachauflauf-Behandlung) ..''.. . Plastikschalen (35 χ 25 cm) von IO cm Höhe v/erden mit Hochlanderde gefüllt und mit Samen von Spitzklette, Rettich, rauhhaarigern, gemeinem Fuchsschwänz, weißem Gänsefuß, schwarzem Nachtschatten, gemeiner Sonnenblume, Prunkwinde, Blutfingerhirse, grüner Borstenhirse und Hühnerhirse bestreut. Nach 2 bis 3 Wochen Aufzucht im Gewächshaus wird eine ausreichende Menge Testverbindung von oben über die Testpflanzen mit Hilfe eines kleinen Handspritzgeräts versprüht.. Nach dieser Behandlung der Blätter werden die Pflanzen weitere 3 Wochen im Gewächshaus belassen. Anschließend wird die herbizide Aktivität untersucht. Für aas Versprühen der Testverbindung wird diese jeweils zu einem emulgierbaren Konzentrat verarbeitet und in Wasser dispergiert, Nach Zugabe eines Benetzungsmittels werden jeweils 5 Liter auf
eine Fläche von 100 m versprüht» Die Höhe der Pflanzen zum.
Zeitpunkt der Behandlung der Blätter hängt von der Art der Pflanze ab, sie betrug 2 bis 10 cm, wobei'.die Pflanze 2 bis 4 Blätter aufwies

Vergleichsversuch 3 (Selektivität gegenüber Nutzpflanzen bei Nachauflauf-Behandlung) .
Töpfe (1/50 m2) werden jeweils mit Hochlanderde gefüllt und getrennt mit Mais, Weizen, Reis, Baumwolle, Sojabohnen und Zuckerrüben bestreut. Mach 2 bis 3 Wochen Aufzucht im Gewächshaus wird die benötigte Menge Testverbindung von oben her mit Hilfe eines kleinen Eandspritzgeräts auf die Testpflanzen gesprüht» Nach dem Versprühen werden die Versuchspflanzen weitere 3 Wochen im Gewächshaus belassen und anschließend die Phototoxizität jeder Pflanze geprüft. Bei der vorstehenden Blattbehandlung werden die Testverbindungen jeweils zu einem emulgierbaren Konzentrat verarbeitet, das in' Wasser disper~ giert , mit einem Benetzungsmittel versetzt und in einer
Menge von 5 Liter pro 100 m auf die Blätter versprüht wird.
Im Zeitpunkt der Behandlung der Blätter zeigte Mais 2 Blätter, Weizen 2 Blätter, Reis 3 Blätter, Baumwolle 1 Blatt, Zuckerrüben 2 Blätter, und die Sojabohne war im zweiten dreiblättrigem Stadium.

2 03 6 Vergleichsversuch 4 ( Vorauflauf-3ehandlung) · . .^ Plastikschalen (35 x 25 cm) mit einer Höhe von 10 cm werden mit Hochlanderde gefüllt und jeweils getrennt mit Samen von Sojabohnen, Baumwolle, Zuckerrüben, Mais, Weizen, Reis, rauhhaarigem,gemeinem Fuchsschwanz, weißem Gänsefuß, Rettich, Portulak und Blutfingerhirse bestreut» Die benötigte Menge der jeweiligen Test Verbindung wird als benetzbares -Pulver in V/asser dis-
pergiert und in einer Menge von 3 Liter pro 100 m auf die ganze Oberfläche der Erde mit Hilfe eines kleinen Handspritzgeräts versprüht. Nach dem Sprühen werden die Testpflanzen 20 Tage im Gewächshaus belassen. Anschließend wird die Phytotoxizität und die herbizide Aktivität wie vorstehend beschrieben un
tersucht.

Im folgenden Vergleichsversuch wird die fungizide Wirkung der erfindungsgemäSen Verbindungen untersucht» Als Vergleichsversuch dient das bekannte Fungizid "Trisorin" der Strukturformel:

Vergleichsversuch 5 (schützende Wirkung gegenüber Blattrost an Weizen)
Weizen der Sorte Nohrin Nr. 61 wird in Blumentöpfen von 9 cm Durchmesser bis zum einblättrigen Stadium gezogen, mit Puccinia recondita beimpft und für 18 Stunden in eine feuchte Kammer gestellt. Anschließend v/erden die Testverbindungen als emulgierbare Konzentrate mit Wasser verdünnt und in einer Menge von 15 ml pro Topf auf die Testpflanzen versprüht. Die Testpflanzen werden in einer Kammer bei 200C und weiterei 0 Tage unter einer Fluoreszenzlampe belassen. Der Pilzbefall wurde untersucht und die Schwere der Erkrankung nach folgendem Standard berechnet:

Claims (1)
- ErfindungsanspruchVerfahren zur Herstellung von N'-Phenyl-N-methylharnstoff-Derivaten der allgemeinen Formel I(D20253035in der R1 ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine Methyl- oder Methoxygruppe und R3 ein Wasserstoffatom oder einen Niederalkylrest bedeuten, R^ gleich oder verschieden ist und ein Halogenatoir.j eine Trifluormethylgruppe oder einen Niederalkyl-, Niederalkoxy- oder Niederalkylthiorest bedeutet, η eine ganze Zahl von 0 bis 5 darstellt, X ein Wasserstoff- oder Halogenatom, Y ein Sauerstoff- oder Schwefelatom und 2 einen unverzweigten oder verzweigten C^g-Alkylenrest bedeuten, der gegebenenfalls mindestens ein endständiges oder mittelständiges Sauerstoff- und/oder Schwefelatom aufweist, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß man entwedera) ein Phenylisocyanat der allgemeinen Formel II(II)b)NCOin dern, X, Y und Z die vorstehend . angegebene Bedeutung haben, mit Monomethylamin, Dimethylamln oder Ν,Ο-Dimethylhydroxylamin umsetzt oder ein N'-Phenyl-N-hydroxyharnstoffderivat der allgemeinen Formel IIIL·OH(III)in der Rp, R,, η, X, Y und Z die vorstehend" ι angegebene Bedeutung haben, mit einem Methylierungsmittel zur Reaktion bringt oder
c) ein Anilinderivat der allgemeinen Formel IV ;(IV)151NH.• in der R2, R-,s na X, Y und Z die 'vorstehend *, angegebe~ ne Bedeutung haben t mit N-Methoxy-N-methylcarbamylchlorid oder Methylisocyanat umsetzt oder
d) eine Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel VZ-CH-A(V)35in der.Rp, R,? η und Z die vorstehend angegebene Bedeutung haben und A ein Halogenatom bedeutets mit einem N '-Phenyl-N-methylharnstoffderivat der allgemeinen Formel VI :(VI)NHCü/
