Anwendungsgebiet,
Die Erfindung betrifft Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel, die als Wirkstoff 2-Arylamino-3j5-dinitro-benzotrifluoride der nach-» folgend genannten allgemeinen Formel (I) enthalten·.'
Es sind bereits 2-Arylamino-395-dinitro-benzotrifluoride mit insektizidenf akariziden, fungiziden und bakteriziden Eigenschaften bekannt geworden (DE-OS 509 416). Ihre Wirkung ist jedoch, vor allem bei niedrigen Aufwandkonzentrationen, nichtvoll befriedigende
Überraschenderv/eise zeigen die erfindungsgemäß eingesetzten 2~Arylamino~3»5-dinitro-benzotrifluoride der allgemeinen Formel (I) eine höhere insektizide» akarizide, entwicklungshemmende, fungizide und bakterizide Potenz als die aus der DE-OS 2 509 416 bekannten chemisch naheliegenden Verbindungen gleicher Wirkungsrichtungβ
Die erfindungsgemäß eingesetzten Stoffe stellen somit eine Bereicherung der Technik dar.

Darlegung des Weeens der Erfindung "
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, neue Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel zur Verfügung au stellen» ·
Es wurden die neuen 2-Arylamino-3,5-dinitro-benzotrifluoride der allgemeinen Formel (I)
in welcher
X für O, S, SO oder SO2 steht,
η für eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 4 steht,
R für durch Halogen und/oder Halogenalkoxy substituiertes Alkyl oder für gegebenenfalls durch Halogen, Halogenalky1, 'Halogenalkoxy, Halogenalkylmercapto,
Halogenalkylsulfonyl subsituiertes Phenyl steht und 2 R für gleiche oder verschiedene Reste aus der Gruppe Wasserstoff, Halogen, Cyan, Nitro, gegebenenfalls durch Halogen und/oder Halogenalkoxy substituiertes Alkyl steht,

wobei ortho-ständige Substituenten XR und R gemeinsam mit den beiden angrenzenden C-Atomen des Phenvlkerns einen gegebenenfalls halogensubstituierten Dioxanylring bilden können; steht X für S, SO oder SO,, kann R1 zusätzlich zu den oben angegebenen Resten für unsubstituiertes Alkyl stehen, gefunden.
Weiterhin wurde gefunden, daß man die neuen 2-Arylamino-3,5-dinitro-benzotrifluoride der Formel (I) erhält, wenn man

Verwendet man 2~Chlor~3»5-dinitro»benzotrifluorid und 4~ fluormethozy-anilin als Ausgangsstoffe, so läßt sich der Reaktionsablauf durch das folgende Formelschema wiederge
Die als Ausgangsstoffe zu verwendenden Verbindungen II, IH5 IV und V sind bekannt oder lassen sich nach bekannten Verfahren herstellen*

Vorzugsweise werden die neuen Wirkstoffe durch Umsetzung von 2-Chlor-3,5-dinitro-benzotrifluorid (ill) mit einem Anilin der Formel (il) hergestellt, in welcher X für 0, S oder SO2, R1 für Alkyl mit 1 bis k C-Atomen, Halogenalkyl mit 1 bis k C-Atomen oder gegebenenfalls durch Chlor oder Trifluormethylsulfonyl substituiertes Phenyl, R2 für Wasserstoff, Halogen oder Trifluormethyl und η für 1 oder 2 steht, oder in welcher X-R1 und R2 einen durch Fluor substituierten, an den Phenylkern ankondensierten 1,3-Dioxan-Ring darstellen. Als Beispiele für erfindungsgemäß verwendbare Aniline der Formel (il) seien genannt:

Als Verdünnungsmittel für die Verfahrensvarisnten a) und b) eignen sich in«· erte organische Lösungsmittel. Bevorzugt werden Dimethylformamid oder Tetrahydrofuran verwendet· Zuweilen ist es euch vorteilhaft, in wäßriger Suspsneion zu arbeiten«.
Als eäurebindende Mittel eignen sich Basen wie Alkali- oder Erdalkalissetallhydrosidcj -carbonate oder -hydride· Bevorzugt verwendet man Kaiiumhydroxid, Natriurahydrid oder Natriumhydrogencarbonat·
Die Reaktionstemperaturen können in einem größeren Bereich variiert werden« Im allgemeinen arbeitet man zwischen -10 und +150 , vorzugsweise bei 10 bis 40°, wenn ein organisches Lösungsmittel benutzt wird, und bei 100 , ^enn in wäßriger Suspension gearbeitet wird. Im letzteren Falle kann die Temperatur durch Verwendung eines Druckgefäßes noch gesteigert werden·
Gewöhnlich werden die Reaktionspartner in üquimolaren Mengen eingesetzt, doch auch die Venrendung der einen oder anderen Komponente im Ueberschuß ist möglich.

Zur Durchführung der Darstellungscethode c) arbeitet man vorzugsweise in Eis· essig als Lösungsmittel und benutzt Wasserstoffperoxid als Oxidationsmittel· Zur Darstellung der Sulfoxide setzt man mit äquimolaren Mengen vorzugsweise bei 10 - 30°, zur Darstellung der Sulfone mit mindestens der doppelt molaren Menge Wasserstoffperoxid vorzugsweise bei der Siedetemperatur des Lösungsmittels um.

Die Wirkstoffe eignen sich bei guter Rflanzenverträglichksit und günstiger Warrablütertoxizität zur Bekämpfung von tierischen Schädlingen, insbesondere Insekten, Spinnentieren und Nematodsn, die in der Landwirtschaft, in Forsten, im Vorrats- und Materialschutz sowie auf dem Hygienesektor vorkommen. Sie sind gagen normal sensible und resistente Arten sov/ie gegen alle oder einzelne Entwicklungsstädien wirksam. Zu den oben erwähnten Schädlingen gehören:

Zu den pflanzenparasitären Nematoden gehören Pratylenchus spp., Radopholus similis, Ditylenchus dipsaci, Tylenchulus semipenetrans, Heterodera spp., Meloidogyne spp., Aphelenchoides spp., Longidorus spp., Xiphinema spp., Trichodorus spp..
Die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe weisen eine starke fungitoxische und bakteriotoxische Wirkung auf. Sie schädigen. Kulturpflanzen in den zur Bekämpfung von Pilzen und Bakterien notwendigen Konzentrationen nicht. Aus diesen Gründen sind sie für den Gebrauch als Pflanzenschutzmittel zur Bekämpfung von Pilzen und Bakterien geeignet. Fungitoxische Mittel im Pflanzenschutz werden eingesetzt zur Bekämpfung von Plasmodiophoromycetes, Oomycetes, Chytridiomycetes, Zygomycetes, Ascomycetes, Basidiomycetes, Deuteromycetes.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe haben ein breites Wirkungsspektrum und können angewandt werden gegen parasitäre Pilze, die oberirdische Pflanzenteile befallen oder die Pflanzen vom Boden her angreifen, sowie gegen samenübertragbare Krankheitserreger.

Die erf indungsgejijäßen Verbindungen wirken gegen Pilze und Bakterien, die verschiedene Kulturpflanzen befallen, wie z.B. Pythium-Arten, Phytophthora-Arten, Fusarium-Arten, Verticillium alboatrum, Phialophora cinerescens, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Botrytis-Arfcen, Cochliobolus miyabeanus, Mycosphaerella musicola, Cercospora personata, Helminthosporium gramineum, Alternaria-Arten, Colletotrichum-Arten, Venturia inaequalis, Rhizoctonia-Arten, Thielaviopsis· basicola, Xanthomonas oryzae und Pseudomonas Lachrymans. Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen wirken sowohl gegen Getreidekrankheiten, wie z.B. Puccinia recondita, Erysiphe graminis, Tilletia caries als auch gegen Reiskrankheiten, wie z.B. Pyriculania oryzae, Pellicularia sasakii.
Die Wirkstoffe können in die üblichen Formulierungen übergeführt werden, wie Lösungen, Emulsionen, Spritzpulver, Suspensionen, Pulver, Stäubemittel, Schäume, Pasten, lösliche Pulver, Granulate, Aerosole, Suspensions-Emulsionskonzentrate, Saatgutpuder , Wirkstoff-imprägnierte Natur- und synthetische Stoffe, Feinstverkapselungen in polymeren Stoffen und in Hüllmassen für Saatgut, ferner in Formulierungen mit Brennsätzen, wie Raucherpatronen, -dosen, -spiralen u.a. sowie ULV-KaIt- und Warmnebe 1·=- Formulierungen.
Diese Formulierungen werden in bekannter Weise hergestellt, z.B. durch Vermischen der Wirkstoffe mit Streckmitteln, also flüssigen Lösungsmitteln, unter Druck stehenden verflüssigten Gasen und/oder festen Trägerstoffen, gegebenenfalls unter Verwendung von oberflächenaktiven Mitteln, also Emulgiermitteln und/oder Dispergiermitteln und/oder schaumerzeugenden Mitteln. Im Falle der Benutzung von Wasser als Streckmittel können z.B. auch organische Lösungsmittel als Hilfslösungsmittel verwendet werden. Als flüssige Lösungsmittel kommen im wesentlichen infrage: Aromaten, wie Xylol, Toluol, oder Alky!naphthaline, chlorierte Aromaten oder chlorierte aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe,

wie Chlorbenzole, Chloräthylene oder Methylenchlorid, aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Cyclohexan oder Paraffine, z.B. Erdölfraktionen, Alkohole, wie Butanol oder Glycol sowie deren Äther und Ester, Ketone, wie Aceton, Methyl^ äthy!keton, Methylisobutylketon oder Cyclohexanon, stark polare Lösungsmittel, wie Dimethylformamid und Dimethylsulfoxid, sowie Wasser; mit verflüssigten gasförmigen Streckmitteln oder Trägerstoffen sind solche Flüssigkeiten gemeint, welche bei normaler Temperatur und unter Normaldruck gasförmig sind, z.B. Aerosol-Trsibgase, wie Halogenkohlenwasserstoffe sowie Butan, Propan, Stickstoff und Kohlendioxid; als feste Trägerstoffe: natürliche Gesteinsmehle, wie Kaoline, Tonerden, Talkum, Kreide, Quarz, Atfcapulgit, Montmorillonit oder Diatomeenerde und synthetische Gesteinsmehle, wie hochdisperse Kieselsäure, Aluminiumoxid und Silikate; als feste Trägerstoffe für Granulate: gebrochene und fraktionierte natürliche Gesteine wie Calcit, Marmor, Bims, Sepiolith, Dolomit sowie synthetische Granulate aus anorganischen und organischen Mehlen sowie Granulate aus organischem Material wie Sägemehle, Kokosnußschalen, Maiskolben und Tabakstengel; als Emulgier- und/oder schaumerzeugende Mittel: nichtionogene und anionische Emulgatoren, wie Polyoxyäthylen-Fettsäure-Ester, Polyoxyäthylen-Fettalkohol-Äther, z.B. Die Formulierungen enthalten im allgemeinen zwischen 0,1 und 95 Gewichtsprozent Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,5 und 90 %.
Die Anwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe erfolgt in Form ihrer handelsüblichen Formulierungen und/oder den aus diesen Formulierungen bereiteten Anwendungsformen.
Der Wirkstoffgehalt der aus den handelsüblichen Formulierungen bereiteten Anwendungsformen kann in weiten Bereichen variieren«, Die Wirkstoffkonzentration der Anwendungsformen kann von 0,0000001 bis zu 100 Gew.-% Wirkstoff,, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,01 und 10 Gew.-% liegen. ,
Die Anwendung geschieht in einer den Anwendungsformen angepaßten üblichen Weise.
Bei der Anwendung gegen Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlinge zeichnen sich die Wirkstoffe durch eine hervorragenda Residualwirkung auf Holz und Ton sowie durch eine gute Alkalistabilität auf gekalkten Unterlagen aus.
Bei der Verwendung als Blattfungizide können die Wirkstoffkonzentrationen in den Anwendungsformen in einem größeren Bereich variiert werden. Sie liegen im allgemeinen zwischen 0,1 und 0,00001 Gewichtsprozenten, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,05 und 0,0001 %.
Bei der Saatgutbehandlung werden im allgemeinen Wirkstoffmengen von 0,001 bis 50 g je Kilogramm Saatgut, vorzugsweise 0,01 bis .1Og benötigt.
Zur Bodenbehandlung sind Wirkstoffmengen von 1 bis 1000 g je cbm Boden, vorzugsweise von 10 bis 200 g, erforderlich.

Beispiel B Phaedon-Larven-Test
Lösungsmittel: 3 Gewichtsteile Dimethylformamid Emulgator: 1 Gewichtsteil Alkylarylpolyglykoläther
Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel und der angegebenen Menge Emulgator und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration.
Kit der Wirkstoffzubereitung besprüht man Kohlblätter (Brassica oleracea) tropfnaß und besetzt sie mit Meerrettichblattkäfer-Larven (Phaedon Cochleariae).
Nach den angegebenen Zeiten wird die Abtötung in % bestimmt. Dabei bedeutet 100 %, daß alle Käfer-Larven abgetötet wurden; 0 % bedeutet, daß keine Käfer-Larven abgetötet wurden.
Wirkstoffe, Wirkstoffkonzentrationen, Zeiten der Auswertung und Resultate gehen aus der nachfolgenden Tabelle hervor:

Durch die im folgenden angegebenen Versuche wird die arthropodenentwlcklungshemmende Wirkung der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen gezeigt/ ohne eine Beschränkung hinsichtlich der Wirkungsbreite dieser Verbindungen vornehmen zu wollen. Dabei werden während der gesamten angegebenen Entwicklung der Testtiere die morphologischen Veränderungen, wie zur Hälfte verpuppte Tiere, unvollständig geschlüpfte Larven oder Raupen, defekte Flügel, pupale Kutikula bei Imagines etc., als Mißbildungen gewertet. Die Summe der morphologischen Mißbildungen, zusammen mit den während des Käutungsgeschehens oder der Metamorphose abgetöteten Tieren, wird in Prozent der Versuchstiere angegeben.

Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 2 Gew.-Teile Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel, Emulgator und soviel Wasser, daß eine 1 %ige Mischung entsteht, die mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration verdünnt wird.
Eigelege mit 30 Eiern auf Filterpapier werden mit 1 ml Wirkstofflösung der angegebenen Konzentration in ppm (parts pro million) angefeuchtet und in Kunststoffdosen bis zum Schlupf der Junglarven beobachtet. Die Junglarven werden mit Maisblättern gefüttert, die mit der angegebenen Konzentration der Wirkstofflösung am gleichen Tag wie die Eier besprüht wurden.
Die Entwicklung der Versuchstiere wird bis zur Larve des 3. Stadiums beobachtet.
Zur Kontrolle werden Eigelege in gleicher Weise mit Lösungsmittel und Emulgator der entsprechenden Konzentration behandelt und mit Maisblättern gefüttert. Die Ergebnisse gehen aus nachfolgender Tabelle hervor.

Testtier: Ceratitis capitata (Eier) 20 Stück
Futter: Kunstfutter (Möhrenpulver mit Hefepulver)
Lösungsmittel: 20 Gew.-Teile Aceton
Emulgator: 5 Gew.-Teile Alkylarylpolyglykoläther
Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 4 Gew.-Teile Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel, Emulgator und soviel Wasser, daß eine 1 %ige Mischung entsteht, die mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration verdünnt wird.
Die Eier der Testtiere werden auf eine Schale mit Kunstfutter gebracht, in das die gewählte Konzentration der Wirkstoff mischung eingearbeitet ist, sodaß die angegebene Wirkstoffmenge in ppm (parts pro million) erreicht wird. Es wird die Entwicklung bis zum Schlupf der Fliegen beobachtet.
Zur Kontrolle wird nur mit Lösungsmittel und Emulator der angegebenen Konzentration vermischtes Kunstfutter angeboten. Die Ergebnisse gehen aus nachfolgender Tabelle hervor.

Man vermischt die für die gewünschte Wirkstoffkonzentration im Nährboden nötige Wirkstoffmenge mit der angegebenen Menge des Lösungsmittelgeraisches. Das Konzentrat wird im genannten Mengenverhältnis mit dem flüssigen, auf 42 C abgekühlten Nährboden gründlicher vermischt und in Petrischalen mit einem Durchmesser von 9 cm gegossen. Ferner werden Kontrollplatten ohne Präparatbeimischung aufgestellt.

Ist der Nährboden erkaltet und fest, v/erden die Platten mit den in der Tabelle angegebenen Pilzarten und zwei Bakterien beimpft und bei etwa 210C inkubiert.
Die Auswertung erfolgt je nach der Wachstumsgeschwindigkeit der Organismen nach 4-10 Tagen. Bei der Auswertung wird das radiale Wachstum auf den behandelten Nährböden mit dem Wachstum auf dem Kontrollnährboden verglichen. Die Bonitierung des Erregerwachstums geschieht mit folgenden Kennzahlen:
1 kein Wachstum
bis 3 sehr starke Hemmung des Wachstums bis 5 mittelstarke Hemmung des Wachstums bis 7 schwache Hemmung des Wachstums 9 Wachstum gleich der unbehandelten Kontrolle

Eine Suspension von 27,0 g (0,1 MoI) 2-Chlor-3,5-dinitro-benzotrifluorid und . 17,7 g (0,1 MoI) 4-Trifluormethoxy-anilin in 200 ml Wasser wird zum Sieden erhitzt. Ia Verlauf von 30 Min. trägt man 9,3 g (0,11 Mol) Natriumhydrogencarbo« nat ein und erhitzt weitere 2 Stdn. unter Rückfluß. Man läßt über Nacht bei Raumtemperatur stehen, wobei sich ein gelber, kristalliner Festkörper abscheidet. Nach Absaugen und Waschen mit Petroläther erhält man 36,8 g 2-{ 4-Trifluormethoxy~anilino)-3, 5-dinitro-benzotrif luorid vom Fp. 104 .
Analog Beispiel 1 trhält man die folgenden Verbindungen:

Eine Lösung von 11,2 g (50 mMol) 4-Trifluormsthylsulfoayl-ani-lin in 100 ml trockenem Dimethylforoamid wird bei Raumtemperatur portionsweise nit 5,6 g (100'mMol) pulvriaierten Kaliuohydroxid versetzt· Anschließend wird bei 25 eine Lösung von 13,6 g (50 mMol) 2-Chlor-St5-dinitrobenzotriflucrid in 80 ml trockenem Dimethylfonnamid zugetropft. Man rührt über Nacht bei Raumtemperatur, filtriert, versetzt das Filtrat mit 100 ml Eisessig und trägt auf Eis ausc Man saugt 11,5 g 2-( 4-Trifluormethylsulfonyl-anilino)-3,5-dinitro-benzotrifluorid is Fora von gelben Kristallen ab. Zu einer Suspension von 5 g Natriumhydrid (mit 20 JS Paraffin tiberzogen) in 100 ml trockenem Dimtheylf ormaaid gibt man bsi O C eine Lösung von 21,2 g (0,1 Mol) 2-Chlor-4-trifluormethoxy-anilin in 200 ml Dimethylformamid« Man rührt 1 Std. bei 25 , kühlt auf 10° ab und tropft eine Lösung von 27,1 g (0,1 Mol) 2-Chlor-3,5-dinitro-benzotrifluorid in 250 ml Dimethylformamid zu. Nach Stehen über Nacht wird filtriert, mit 500 ml Eisessig versetzt und auf Eis gegossen, wobei sich ein dunkles OeI abscheidet. Es wird abgetrennt und im Vakuum von Lösungsmittelresten befreit. So erhielt man 35,4 g 2-{ 2-Chlor-4-trifluormethoxy-anilino)-3,5-dinitro-benzotrifluorid als viskose Masse,, τξ 1,574.
