Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft Pressformen fuer das Pressen von Erzeugnissen, besonders Pressformen fuer das quasiisostatische Pressen voller und hohler Erzeugnisse, bei denen ein Mass die uebrigen weit uebertrifft (z.B. Rohre, Staebe). Das Ziel der Erfindung ist die Verbesserung der Qualitaet der gepressten Erzeugnisse und die Erhoehung der Lebensdauer der Pressformen. Die Pressform hat eine elastische Matrize, einen Pressstempel und ein Gehaeuse mit Blindflanschen, durch die der Kern gefuehrt ist. Die Blindflansche werden beim Pressen von einem Buegel (einer Klemme)und einem Keil gehalten. Die Neuheit besteht erfindungsgemaess darin, dass die Achse der Matrize senkrecht zu den beiden Pressstempeln angeordnet ist, die sich aufeinander zu bewegen, wobei die elastische Matrize als Presselement fungiert, dessen Volumen 1,75- bis 7,0 mal so gross wie das Volumen des gepressten Erzeugnisses ist und dessen Konizitaet der Innenflaeche im Verhaeltnis 1:100 bis 1:15 ausgefuehrt ist. Die Pressform kann erfindungsgemaess fuer das Pressen von Erzeugnissen aus Keramik, Metall, Sitall, Ferrit, Glaspulver usw. verwendet werden.
