Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft die mikrobiologische Industrie, insbesondere ein Verfahren zur Gewinnung von Saatgut fuer die Herstellung von Zitronensaeure nach Oberflaechen- oder Tiefverfahren. Ziel der Erfindung ist die Steigerung der Sporenausbeute, Verbesserung der Saatgutqualitaet sowie Senkung der Selbstkosten. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, dass von der Art Aspergillus niger der Stamm Aspergillus niger R-3 verwendet wird.
